Room was very clean, and laid out well for space planning.
Concierge and business office attendants were pleasant and helpful! Pool was nice as well. Would recommend staying here to anyone asking!

Property has the potential to be great…before arrival to the property I received a text message via Whats App…that the jacuzzi isn’t functioning properly…one of the main reason that we booked this property…it was fixed 2 day later…the day before we was leaving. We also had some hot water issues that was resolved by us turning the breaker switch on and off. A lot to like, but we was a bit disappointed, but made it work.

It's beautiful and very green. It's a little far from the beach and not really within walking distance of any cafes or restaurants. We stayed there the first week of January when a massive trance music festival happens in Tulum. If you don't like trance and techno this is not the place for you.

The property was actually very nice. However, everything else was a nightmare. Elevators were out of service and my mom has bad knees. Took us hours to get a room on the first flirting and calling and complaining. No 24 hour concierge, had to ask for towels everyday, lost electricity and water for half a day.
