Noah hotel was a great choice. I had my dates mixed up, but the manager Oswaldo assured us he would help fix my mistakes, and he did. I am more than appreciative. The staff were all welcoming, our room were clean and comfortable. We also had food and drinks accessible to us from the restaurant downstairs. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

Bien ubicado frente a la playa

It is an okay stay, secure and no worries. Staff were friendly inside the hotel. The beach club was a little lack luster and there are a lot of people walking through and selling which I don't mind as they need to make a living but it was almost every couple of minutes you would get asked and it stops you from fully relaxing and made you want to sit in a restaurant unbothered. The front row remained reserved and blocked off but nobody used it. Unfortunately there was some construction being done throughout our stay so it was a little noisy but not terrible. The food and drinks are overpriced, just go to the neighbouring restaurants and the food drinks are about half the price if you don't feel like paying extra for no apparent reason. You would definitely get better value elsewhere. This place does have potential though, I can see the vision but it just doesn't vibe right. They just needs to focus on the guest experience and offer fair value for what they want to charge. I'm all good paying more for things if it is better than the next place but it did not.

Excelente servicio, el hotel muy bonito enfrente de la playa el restaurante muy bueno y con excelente servicio. El personal muy atento.

Infrastruktur muss erneuert werden. Das Personal an der Reception spricht kaum Englisch.

Amazing Staff, Great Hotel, Easily Accessible, Sufficient Parking, Beach Access included. However, lacks some amenities in the room, the restaurant/beachclub is not a part of the hotel, power in the area went out twice during my one night stay.

La habitacion en fotos vs en persona decepciona, me sentia en un hostal tipo carcel, no tiene nada de iluminacion ni ventilacion natural, la cerradura de la puerta esta imposible y cero comoda de abrir, todas las puertas se escucha como se azotan, todo el dia hacen ruido desde el lobby y se escucha como si estuvieran afuera de tu habitacion, no hay tv x cable o antena solo si tienes alguna cuenta en apps tipo netflix/hbo/disney+ podras tener algun tipo de entretenimiento, sabanas manchadas y toallas con olor extraño, no hubo agua caliente en la regadera, la calidad de la ropa de cama y el colchón pueden mejorar muchísimo, no usamos el restaurante por precios excesivos vs variedad de opciones en comida y en el beach club nos dejaron esperando una cerveza mas de 1hr (preferencia de atención a turistas extranjeros vs nacionales)

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and pristine. The staff here are just amazing. Special thank you to our fellow Canadian friend Oswaldo for being amazing and for spoiling us. Marco ,Abrihim, all the staff at the beach club thank you for your service. We felt so welcome here. Don’t stay anywhere else it’s perfect.

I think one of the best places to stay in Mahahual,Mexico. It is on the beach with a sunrise view overlooking the main beachfront walkway. It is clean, well maintained with a friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. We had an oceanfront room with lounges to lay in the sun or we could go to lounges on the beach in front of the hotel. The Malecon21 Beach Club is part of the property. Perfect location in Mahahual.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was really nice and accommodating.

Very clean and staff was excellent with wonderful service. Oswaldo, the manager was amazing- helped with everything we needed. It was just as lovely as the internet pictures showed. Some days busy with cruise ship people but manageable for sure.

Pros: Oswaldo (hotel manager) will go out of his way to ensure your stay is great, the location is ideal, away from the side where the cruise shippers alight. Beach is also nice. Cons: The hotel is pretty expensive for what you get. I had a room on the third floor, it was comfortable but minimal natural light. all rooms face inside the atrium where reception is and so it can be noisy especially as the sound from below echos. The staff at the restaurant can be sloppy (forgetting orders, adding items not ordered to bills). I found the restaurant pretty pricey for the quality it serves. I’d probably stay elsewhere next time I’m in Mahahaul, there are better value options.
