Ocean Breeze no existe, está destruido por Otis desde hace dos años. Es inaceptable que nadie me haya informado eso antes de mi llegada, tuve que describirlo por mi propia cuenta teniendo que ir a la recepción de Grand Mayan a preguntar en donde con un sentido burlón me dijeron que así era, que ahí me podrían resolver. En la página de Expedia no se advierte nada, las direcciones en Google no están modificadas y Ocean Breeze sigue apareciendo en el mismo sitio de siempre. De Mayan Palace en donde me hospedaron, todo bien, algunos temas que deben resolver como el proceso de check out (de los 80s), entre otros.

Luxury resort with a few rough edges. Cons - No hot water two days running, curtain was broken, toilet running and making awful screeching noises in the middle of the night when the tank filled. Inadequate outlets by bedside for charging. Pros - Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, amazing breakfast buffet.

Mala publicidad en la plataforma y nos tardamos más de 2 horas en llegar donde era y nos ubicaran. El mismo 18 de noviembre el aire acondicionado de fue desde las 7 pm hasta las 12 am y no nos recompensaron ni nos dijeron nada

Ocean Breeze Acapulco does not exist anymore since the hurricane Otis 2 years ago! It is unaccaptable to book a hotel on your website that does not exist? We arrived to the hotel gate using the location provided in the app and it was closed! Then a police officer walking around told us that it was closed and we must go to a different hotel (Grand Mayan). Our reservation was prepared in Grand Mayan. However, we booked Ocean Breeze because there was a water park for kids, and we traveled with kids. There was nothing like this in Grand Mayan. If we were aware of this, we could have searched different hotel.

So the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym. The dining we mid.

Hurricane Otis destroyed the hotel, it was poorly built, specially the windows, not up to hurricane-proof code

No está mal, pero la habitación olía a humedad además que ya se ve algo viejito.

Avoid, unless you want something cheap, and I mean cheap. There is no WiFi in the rooms. The light in the rooms is miserable. Its impossible to read with such light. There is no restaurant for breakfast inside the property. If you want to have a breakfast, staff will send you to their parent hotel, Vidanta, which is 5min driving. You will get several calls a day to your room from their time share vendors requesting you to waste your time to sell you a time share. If you want a late check out, they will want to charge for that. Besides all that, the property is dated, with poor maintenance. No reason to go back there.

He viajado a este hotel durante muchas ocasiones y es una estupenda opción para ir en familia. Tiene un pequeño club de playa muy tranquilo que está solo al cruzar la calle. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y tiene una buena cocineta. Yo realmente recomendaría un cambio de tapicería en las sillas de la habitación pues por lo menos tiene 20 años el mismo tapíz y está muy sucio y viejo. Ojalá lo hagan pues es un lindo lugar del que disfrutamos mucho por su localización y tranquilidad. Es dificil mantener un hotel viejo en buenas condiciones y en su mayoría está bien mantenido.

Buena atención y servicio al cliente. Había muchas moscas en el pasillo y en la habitación. Las toallas las recogieron después de dos días. La alberca está muy bonita y tranquila.

Sin red inalámbrica en habitaciones y sin elevador

El Hotel no cuenta con wifi Las instalaciones están descuidadas y sucias No se nos permitió la entrada al club de playa que está enfrente del hotel a pesar de que nos indicaron que estaba incluido.
