This hotel exceeded expectations. There are several pool options as well as several beach options. It’s a gorgeous property and comes with a personal butler and amazing ocean views.

I don’t think I can put into words how amazing, incredible One & Only palmillas was. From the Acienda feel, to the amenities, the food, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. I can not wait to go back. The only moment we were both sad was when we had to leave. Los queremos mucho!

Beautiful property , excellent room, great food, and friendly staff. My only complaint was restaurant, spa, and shop prices were excessively high. Even without a cocktail , lunch was $75 for 2 chicken tacos and tea…90 min massage $569…, prices greater than any other high end resort I’ve visited.

This was our 10th stay at OOP! Simply amazing resort with swimmable beach. Only negative is meals are relatively pricey compared to equivalent 5 Star resorts in US.

This is a stunningly beautiful property with excellent service. The staff members were kind and extremely attentive, without being even remotely overbearing. Dining at the resort is very nice and is obviously convenient, but it is also very expensive — which isn’t entirely surprising for the high quality of the property. It felt perfectly safe to take a car service or Uber with family into San Jose del Cabo for dinner. There is a great vibe — the art walk — in San Jose del Cabo on Thursday evenings. I would highly recommend this property if it falls within your desired price point.
