A/C wasn’t working. They trasfered us to a very very small room .. no refund or compensation… or an apology… won’t be staying there anymore.

The property is not a resort this was a hotel that has the option of including meals and drinks food was good as well as the service but over all i would have not stayed at this hotel since the room i chose when checking out was nothing to what the pictures advertise i did have a veiw of the beach if I stood up but if i wanted to lay down on my balcony i had no privacy because the tenant on the top floor had no wall to give you privacy, also no shade to enjoy balcony the area is open so all the noise from the street is heard very early in the morning before 7am. The hotel was also being remodeled in some of the rooms so when at the pool you hear all the banging going on from the room they are fixing also since this is a hotel and not resort like they promote the pool is in the middle and can get very crowded during the busy time of year luckily i was checking out as more people arrived

Great place and love the location.

This place is in a great location if looking to stay in the Zona Romatica! Room was a little small, but clean. Service was great and food was good (request Marcel in the restaurant-very friendly and your drink will never be empty)! Make note that this is a VERY family oriented property and kids will be everywhere. Pool seating is limited, and usually taken by families. But there are a lot of seating, and waiters, on the beach. Would stay here again!

We really liked the service. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful specially Eliseo, Rogelio and two other staff members who unfortunately didn’t get their names. They did everything possible to ensure we had a pleasant vacation and we are very thankful for that. The only thing we didn’t like and the reason we don’t gave it five stars was the superior single room where we stayed in, which was clean but needs some renovation, like installing soundproof doors and windows because the hotel is located in a very busy area where a lot of noise could be heard from very early in the morning.

Tenía muchas expectativas para el hotel, pero nos trataron de mal manera, desde que hacían más caso a los extranjeros y en atención se notaba, el servicio terminó a las 12 cuando ya se había pagado ese día ni en los resorts de CANCUN hacen eso muy mal servicio en bufet siempre lo mismo y la carne cruda nunca ví mariscos siempre pollo mi hija ya no quería ni comer

La habitación que me toco muy limpia y excelente, la alberca tiene pocos camastros si no alcanzas te toca en las orillas de la misma pero esta bien y la playa muy bien, el personal es atento y gentil, lo único que les falta es el estacionamiento, si tiene pero hay que moverlo de un lado para otro.

We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon and as soon as we arrived I was surprised to see how packed the swimming pool was for the time and day it was, only to later on the trip to find out the pool was also up for a daily rental to others in the area and not just for hotel guest. Maybe if that had not been the case we would have been able to use it more than once during our 5 night stay. One night we also tried using the pool after the towel stand was closed for the evening and were told we could use the towels from our rooms but if they were damaged or stained we’d be charged, which makes sense except the towels in our rooms were already loosing thread and ripped along the border so that was a bit silly to bring up. We paid for the all inclusive option but were met with food running out multiple times at dinner way before the cut off time. Service was mostly nice after we tipped

Great property especially if you want to be in the heart of puerto Vallarta downtown. We stayed in a lovely updated room w/ a nice balcony over looking the pools and a nice ocean view. The food , drinks and staff were awesome! Big thanks to Alejandro, our wait staff on the beach! We will be back!

Localizado en el centro de PV y muy accesible para caminar por el malecón. Mucho qué ver a los alrededores. Excelente servicio tanto en habitaciones como en el restaurant y bar.

Check-in was smooth, the restaurant and the food options for the all inclusive were incredible. The staff were very attentive and so kind, we felt just like home. One thing we didn’t like too much was the smell in the room, it was an intense moldy smell and they were remodelling some rooms so I assume they are working on this matter to fix it. Other than that, this hotel is incredible. Fridays are BUSY, so expect the place to be full, specially the pool and restaurant. Lots to do around the area, there’s always something fun to do.

The property is located in zona Romantica has great dinning restaurants the rooms are decent for the price the only thing that can improve on the alcohol for the drinks

Lugar encantador que mantiene su magia tradicional. Lo mejor es su ubicación, ¡está cerca de todo! Excelente para familias o parejas que buscan un equilibrio entre fiesta y relajación. A mejorar sería el trato del personal con los huéspedes, desde recepción, barra y meseros. Algunos no tenían actitud de servicio o la reservaban para los extranjeros. Las mucamas fueron la única excepción; fueron amables y agradables.
