The room was dirty. The staff they weren’t that helpful and come to you and shed you do you need any drink or help. Breakfast not good at all!!!! The swim was so dirty …… Unbelievable property and resort. I trust the review and trust Expedia. And pay the money … but I regret that I paid all inclusive $1430 for 6 days. I will never ever book with Expedia and this property.

En general todo estuvo muy bien durante nuestra estadía

La comida fue muy buena, el personal amable, esta cerca del centro, la habitación estuvo limpia. Solo la cerradura del cuarto aveces fallaba, la necesitan modernizar, si buscas un ambiente familiar esta es la opción.

The concierge was not very helpful arranging my ride from hotel back to the airport, she booked an Uber and the driver was very unprofessional. I was quoted one price and had to pay more and the driver was on his phone texting the entire ride back to the airport. Perhaps the hotel could find and evaluate drivers with high guest approval and always use those drivers or shuttle service.

This is a perfect property to maximize scenic views and immediate access to a clean beach not overly populated by tourism. It is quiet, the staff are very nice and friendly. Great low key spot and I would recommend to stay here and visit Cabo San Lucas to party if you want to or go hangout in the local areas of La Paz, do a tour, take a boat cruise to see the arch. I recommend using Uber as it is safe and you will keep the cost down as compared to shuttle drivers and Taxis. Check out the Art district in San Jose Del Cabo, it was one of the best experiences other than the beach.

This is an older property, but it is very comfy and homey. The staff is exceptional, especially with someone whose Spanish isn’t very fluent. If you want to just chill and relax, I would highly recommend them. If you want more activities and to be busy each day, you might want to be closer to Cabo.

Excellent staff! Very clean resort.

We didn't like that we couldn't go in the water of the sea of cortes at the hotel beach. However we did not understand that this is common knowledge for those that live in Cabo. As tourist it was a surprise. It was still a lovely place to be.

El hotel tiene instalaciones limpias y sencillas. Es muy cómodo, me encantó que han remodelado los baños que eran un poco antiguos. Es un hotel sencillo, bien ubicado, la piscina es un poco pequeña por suerte nunca estuvo saturada y siempre encontramos camastros. Relación precio-valor es excelente. El buffet bueno, sencillo igual. Tal vez solo modernizar el sistema de aire acondicionado porque el clima es muy caluroso.

Let me preface by saying, we booked a package through Expedia, looked through their in-app reviews as well as Google’s, before booking. Overall, in my opinion, this place isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. Sure it has its weak spots, such as water stains on the walls from the air conditioning, ants occupying the tables during meals/breakfast coffee bar, cockroaches found in the lobby bathroom, inconsistent housekeeping (aka on her time, not scheduled time). BUT, my main concern was if the food was good, the safety of my belongings, as well as the locality of things. Food was good each night as well as them having entertainment during dinners, my brother and I locked our luggage each time we left our room and brought our phone and money with us each time we left, so therefore no theft, and excursions were offered at a discounted rate with ubers being so cheap (our excursions were canceled due to rain however). Not to mention the staff were very friendly, get to know them, and they can even memorize your order! Overall, Posada Real is a great budget friendly place, but nothing more. I’d say splurge if you have the money, but if you settle for this, this is good too!

Another guest was drunk and started a fight with me a couple hours after I arrived. Then when I went to the office, my phone left at outdoor restaurant near pool was smashed and thrown into the pool. I had no phone the whole trip and booked another place and left same day. Expedia denied a refund. It was my fifth time staying here in the last year. I am a platinum member and book 10-20k a year on their platform. I wrote an email to hotel management that was never responded to after I returned. I would not book here and Expedia has shown they don’t care for guest experiences just making money off the bookings.

This is a small resort with not many all inclusive activities. The rooms ac did not work, there are only two bars and the site is not well maintained. Additionally there are not many food options. The hotel staff was nice and helpful

The property is old, but on the beach, and the price reflects this. As far as the room i had this time, it was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was off the charts. Bathroom was stocked appropriately. Beds were comfortable, mini split A/c worked fine. We had a nice view of the beach and pool. The pool bar and staff was on point. I didn't go in the pool, but there is a swim up bar also. The bar inside was comfortable and opens at 4pm. The breakfast buffet was great.. I was able to park a truck and car trailer in the back which was nice. Convenient location where uber rides are usually 1 min away. Close to downtown San Jose.

Todo muy bien! el servicio muy bueno y todos muy amables ! Bueno para si vienes con familia y personas de la 3a edad. el baño limpio recien renovados y los aires silenciosos. Regresariamos sin problema

Me gustó mucho todo el personal Super atento volvería nuevamente me ayudaron con un problema con mi vehículo y todos geniales la comida rica ,lo único malo la playa lo puedes nadar por el oleaje pero hay playas cercanas ,muy tranquilo y familiar
