Clean room

Pues que no tenían agua caliente en la regaderas ni tampoco para informarles en la noche de que no teníamos agua no contestaban en el teléfono el servicio de telefonía de la habitación no servía no contestaban

Pésimo servicio no tenían agua caliente el hotel ni en la mañana ni en la noche justificaron que estaba en mantenimiento pero cuando hablamos en la noche no contestaban el teléfono

The breakfast was not free but it was good.

Room can use a microwave and fridge. Luggage carts weren't available. We asked for a trash bag and staff was trying to charge us.

Muy razonables con el horario, mi hijo se enfermo, no pudo dormir y al otro dia que tenia que entregar habitacion me dieron mas tiempo para que el niño descanzara, gracias

Deberían de poner más atención cuando se necesite dejar más

Es un buen hotel, tranquilo y cómodo. En esta ocasión nos tocó en el segundo piso y en la mañana se escucha el tren cuando pasa

El check in y check out fueron muy rápidos y sin ningún contratiempo. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y con lo necesario para la estancia; sólo hace falta más luz en las áreas donde hay espejos. Si bien no es un hotel nuevo, se nota que han hecho remodelaciones. La piscina se veía muy limpia y deliciosa, lástima que no tuvimos tiempo para usarla. Como un comentario de mejora, sería bueno que la tiendita de la recepción estuviera abierta 24 horas o tuvieran alguna máquina para comprar agua sin tener que salir del hotel.

Wasn’t aware hotel was under construction

It was fine. The hotel itself is in good shape and they were embarking on remodeling or something. There was a lot of drilling and jackhammering during breakfast. It was totally fine. No complaints. But the hotel could make some minor improvements and make it so much better. The hotel is sterile, it lacks artwork and decor. Rooms also very sterile and need some art or something . Bathrooms should have wash clothes; shampoo conditioner etc. The pool was stunning. Beautiful. Didn't use as it was too cold, but I'm sure it will be great in the summers in Mexicali. Parking was nice and convenient. Overall we were pleased.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Kevin at the front desk was accommodating and made sure I had a heater sent to my room. The television was big and includes many channel offerings. My only gripe is I was given 2 free drinks for my stay but it could only be soda or beer. Not everyone likes beer or soda. Even a basic margarita or piña colada is better. Expand the choices.

Es un buen hotel, tranquilo y el personal es muy amable.

When we arrived we were presently surprised that they had upgraded our unit to a junior executive suite. It was very roomy and in great condition and very clean. We also got a very comfortable king size bed, big screen tv with cable channels. The staff was very helpful and attentive. In the morning we had a great continental breakfast that included plenty of fruits, which my wife and I enjoyed.
