Una de las almohadas con residuos de sangre donde indica que no lavan ropa de cama de manera regular después de la estancia de otros usuarios. La limpieza del baño es deficiente, alfombra ya con mucha suciedad, si bien no huele a limpio tampoco tiene buen aroma, desayuno continental muy aceptable, recepción lo más destacable.

becarfull if you leave something in the room they will not return the items you forget in the room i left my medicines and call them back they said it was nothing in the room in addition the bathroom had a water leak on the roof i did report it to the front desk and they never went to get it fix or change the room to prevent from any one to get hurt. I don't know if the management was change or there's still the same i have stay there several other times but now I do think I will be looking for other place to stay

Great staff, nice rooms but needs some upgrades.

El hotel estaba muy caliente, el baño del lobby tenía un olor terrible, y el de mi habitación también olía muy mal. El personal fue muy atento y amable.

THE LOBBY AREA IS VERY HOT, THEY NEED TO HAVE AC ON THE AREA OTHERWISE IS USELESS

Las habitaciones son viejas, se escucha el ruido y el cerrar de las otras habitaciones, la regadera salpocaba toda la parte de afuera del baño, un perchero desatornillado, el desayuno que te incluyen es solo fruta, cereales jugo de naranja y verde y pan tostado y si quieres el bufet te cobran 174 más y sin buen sabor, no volvería a ese hotel

There’s no air condition on the lobby and the elevators the hall are terrible hot and they don’t have any air conditioning on the hallways elevators or lobby

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba mandaron una persona pero no funcionó y no nos cambiaron de cuarto

Se realizó el check inn y pago por dos habitaciones, salimos de compra y cuando regresamos una de las habitaciones estaba bloqueada, fui a recepción y preguntaron que cómo se había realizado el pago de las habitaciones, se le dijo que con TC, comentaron que no tenían esa información, luego desbloquearon la habitación Las almohadas de una de las habitaciones olían a sudor, como que no habían cambiado las fundas

Pues no te dan ninguna indicación de donde está el restaurante los horarios , ni de alberca ni de gym , no te dicen por dónde subir a tu hab , para ser primera vez mucho que desear el personal que me tocó este fin de semana , mi llave cada vez que salí se desconfiguro , si no es por una señorita de aseo que me ayudó a abrir cuando ya había llegado muy cansada hubiera tenido que bajar hasta recepción a activar de nuevo la llave 🙃

Estaba demasiado caliente el lobby

A la propiedad le hace falta mantenimiento en general ,ya se ve viejo. El aire acondicionado en los pasillos hacías las habitaciones no lo encendían y era sofocante caminar por ahí. El desayuno continental muy básico diría algo escaso.

La perilla del sanitario no agarraba daba vueltas la reporte y la arreglaron No había agua caliente aunque el clima exterior hace calor el agua sale fría Ni había toalla para las manos El Micro no funcionaba El WiFi falla mucho de hecho un técnico tuvo que ayudarme a conectar mi lap

El baño estaba fallando y hacía un ruido muy incómodo, no había teléfono en la habitación , la alfombra estaba toda manchada, las tarjetas se desactivan muy pronto. En el lobby está muy caliente.

A pesar de que la habitación la busqué para 3 adultos, solo incluía desayuno continental para 2 personas. La habitación estaba limpia, personal atento a nuestra disposición.

Front office staff was top of the line. But the room we got looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. AC remote didn’t work n they swapped it out quickly. But during the night AC made horrible noises that kept up from having a restful night. Toilet was not in proper working condition, it took several flushes to actually work properly. The restaurant staff were very un attentive! Never came back after just ordering two coffees and just technically stopped by to drop off the check. The lady even yelled at me when we were walking out “did u sign the check?” From where she was, I felt so embarrassed! I complained the next day after checking out n was told I would receive a call from a supervisor on duty but never did! Very disappointed!

El desayuno continental es de buena calidad y las habitaciones siempre estuvieron limpias. Personal muy atento todo el tiempo

Property is in poor conditions. Understaffed. Lobby's AC not working. Lucky if you get a room with a functional TV.

El desayuno es lo básico de un continental pero estaba fresco.
