Staff all courteous and welcoming. We received a welcome drink and buffet breakfast each morning. This was a surprise. Our room was kept spotless.

La habitación es buena, no respetan las reservaciones de los cuartos que se muestran en las fotografías, la entrada de la habitación, es hasta las 15:00 horas y puede tardar un poco más en desocuparse.

The bathroom was not working. Water from the Shower leaked on the floor.

Very clean. We saw jumping whales and rays. A resident iguana. Comfortable. On the Malacon.

“The place was clean and the staff were friendly. However, when I visited, there was construction right next to the building, so it was noisy, and I wasn’t able to park my car. I rented a car because parking was supposed to be available, but I ended up having to pay for a public parking lot. Other than that, everything was satisfying. Thank you :)

Took this as part of a package for a last minute long-weekend trip and it was fantastic! From cleanliness, to amenities, to price, to LOCATION! It was just such a steal. My cousin and I had the best time.

Location was amazing. Plenty of restaurants in the area that range from cheap to expensive.

Great location. Make sure you book oceanfront room. It’s a 10$ difference but there’s zero noise from the busy street. The only negative thing about the stay is the continental breakfast shenanigans. You assume breakfast is included. In reality it’s 3 pieces of bread, orange juice and 4 pieces of watermelon. To get access to this mega fulfilling meal, you need to have a little battle with frontdesk who eventually will provide a coupon for it. One day at a time. If you show up 10:15 am , this coupon is not valid. Overall, I’d recommend this place. Rooms are great, location is very convenient

Was just ok. No early check in and FREE continental breakfast was not very exciting. Cantaloupe and bread. No protein at all

The room, pool and entire hotel were clean, and the staff were extra friendly and helpful!

Todo en general lo único malo que la habitación que me toco no contaba con agua caliente Pero todo lo demás excelente .

Las habitaciones muy limpias, el lugar muy bonito, el personal amable en todo momento.

We had a quiet room with a large balcony and a stunning view. Breakfast was included as well as two margaritas.
