I wa staying here on Feb 22. When there were cartel problems.
The staff were exceptional and worked over 24 hours to ensure that us guests were safe, comfortable and well fed. The great service and cleanliness continued through this trying time and I give the hotel a million stars.

El hotel es bonito, es cómodo, la razón por la que no lo evaluo del todo bien es por qué nos robaron en la habitación y nadie se hizo responsable y a puras largas andaban, además son muy payasos en cuanto a qué pueda ingresar alimentos o bebidas de otro lado y luego te quieren vender lo que quieren para consumir en área de pa alberca , la vdd me decepcione y espero sea un caso aislado y la mala experiencia

Habitación limpia , el desayuno esta muy limitado , tardan en llevar la comida.

It was surprisingly clean and well maintained for it being an old building. No foul smells coming from bathroom. I have been in high end hotels with foul smells but this one i must say didnt have that. Surrounding area for it being centrally located near the malecon i had a quiet night. I expected much it to be roudy and noisy. And its really convenient walking distance to plenty of restuarants and i didnt attend but walking distance to a lot of nocturnal clubs decent walking distance. For people wanting to have late night fun. And plenty of traveling shopping stores. For price i paid it was very decent. And free breakfast was a nice touch too!!!! Thanks for humble stay and attentive staff.
