Overall good, will come back again

My kids and girls love, great hospitality

Clean property and friendly staff. Food was fine, there was food all day long. Nice pools, but the lounges were placed almost on one another, too close. Not even a step apart. On the beach, there were not enough umbrellas. The pictures on Expedia.com display a lot more shade on the beach. Expedia, or the property should update the images. Also, we were supposed to have a free bottle of water per person daily, but couple of days no water was left in the room. Overall, we still had good vacation.

All inclusive and a nice resort

Everything was exceptional. Antonia in the pool area was The best took care of us, bringing us drinks and always assisting us with anything. In the breakfast area we didn’t have much luck, the waiters we have weren’t so attentive as the first day we got there.

The hotel was clean but we had to ask to be moved to another room because it smelled terrible. After that, the second room was okay. Food was good. Breakfast was great. Service was great as well. It’s a good little place for families not if you are going w your boyfriend or husband alone because there’s too many kids around.

property had major property pipe broke. No water from 3pm to 6pm on July 6. electricity (went off) failed 4 times on July 7. Property manager was not helpful on modifying my reservation ; I reached since 1 week ago. The hotel did not want modify or refund me even though, My mother drove Hotel property last week (7 days prior) and I contact them since July 2nd). The Hotel applied their policy on their favor, not to help the customer.

Water was shut off for hours , buffet was the only food available, and there were roaches in the bathroom

Old, dirty, and very loud. Rooms were okay, you can hear EVERYTHING from your room, hallways were very loud at night and hard to sleep. Bath towels were thin and small. Hotel was kinda gross, hair everywhere. Hair in the sheets, on the new blanket I requested, in the pool, on the floor in the buffet room. Buffet food was okay. Could not get a reservation at any of the restaurants because they were “booked” but after talking to concierge they fit us in right when the restaurant opened. Had to go to the hotel next door for the reservation. There was nobody in there until an hour and half after we were there so not sure how it was booked. Very annoying. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to anyone. Everyone at the hotel was very nice though. Not a handicap friendly hotel!!

The property is a little outdated and the food choices are limited but the staff and the overall experience was great!

It was one of the best experiences we have had in Cancun we will stay there again and again in the future.

Property totally outdated We found bugs in food However Hector ( eggs ) Lucinda restaurant And women on tortillas stand did the difference. Rooms size incredible small and really old same as bathroom

This was very misleading, sharing amenities with the hotel next door made dining very chaotic, the pool area was overflowing with children. We made dinner reservations with the bogavante restaurant on weds at 8:30 when we arrived the restaurant was closed. The food in the buffet was repetitive the same things offered every day. Not good nor a good variety. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and it did not work. Most of the wait staff was unattentive and rude. Our room was nice and comfortable that is the plus. Would we stay there again? That is a no.

One of the buffet night attendants, Uziel, by far he was who saved the time we spent here. He’s really friendly and professional. Some of the others need to work on their customer service skills.

Friendly staff, swim up bar, snack bars outside, rooms cleaned and drinks restocked daily

Bought the romance package but was never given anything from that package. The food was terrible at every single place in this hotel.
