The arab vip suite was very good value for money. Things others mentioned were normal practice of no key for room, although I got one on request on a differe t booking. No ac controller was supplied but pther rooms.nkrmally have it, evebtually I asked for ac to be turned on and ot was left on for the last two days. Staff will help but the security generally requires spansish. The whole process is easy enough. I got an ear infection on leaving, it may have been from the jacuzi but not sure. Overall was a good deal even with the little things. If you have access to a pole dancer the arab vip is an experience in itself. The bed in the arab is not as large as other rooms but comes with silky drapes and the pole dance section imo is much nicer. Overall I like the layout of the arab vip pver the red room and semcasiones rooms. This end of the complex can hear the highway a little.

What a wonderful place. Safe and secure. Helpful staff all the way around. The water heater doesn’t get really hot but other than that we had an amazing 10 nights there. The Cuban guy, and Antonio were both amazingly helpful and the cleaners are fantastic and trustworthy. If you’re looking for an affordable secure place to stay while in Riviera Maya this is that place

It was a pleasing property my husband and i like trying new things and this motel was great. We were able to sleep in, it doesn't have any windows it could have used a bit more lighting lamps etc. inside the room. The room could also have used a bit of cleaning. I recommend bringing some clorox wipes lol. Never the less we enjoyed this room very much indeed.

This is an hourly rate hotel. It is not for staying in for a week. No blanket
Bed was horrible. Vinyl covered with a sheet.
I booked it for a week and moved out after 1 night.

The staff were only spanish spoken. They lock the garage. We had to keep yelling for 15 mins to get the garage open so we could get out of our rental room. Theres no front desk or any info for check in or check out. Just a intelcom to talk someone who only speaks spanish.

The room wasn’t clean and up to part they don’t speak English and I feel it isn’t that safe I came to my garage apartment and another couple was in my Gary with they car and my gate closed and I had to wait for them to leave

They don't give you a room key, you are able to close the garage door,but you have to call them over the phone to open it. Unsafe condition!

This is a brothel. Pure and simple. Without the hookers. If you close the garage door you are locked in. No windows, no escape.

El lugar no se parece en nada a las fotos, se nota a primera vista que no limpian, el papel de baño tenía un animalito, las superficies de los muebles y del lavamanos tenían polvo. No me hospedé ahí por las razones antes mencionadas, no lo recomiendo.

We’ve stayed here before and previous stays were better. In general, this is an excellent and FUN place to stay near the airport, and we will be back. But this particular time: there were no towels in the room, and took a while to get some; first TV remote didn’t work; then the next remote worked, but the TV adult channels didn’t work; the wifi didn’t work; and a few other minor annoyances.

Zero amenities, no towels, no front desk. All around dirty. No English speaking. Signs in room say to dial zero for room service but no phone in room, no wifi, no cellphone reception. Entrance to room is through a garage door, opener didn't work...we had to get creative to escape.

Did not stay, got into room, didn’t touch anything, just turned around and left. No one spoke English, and once the garage door close, we were trapped inside and could not get out. We had to bang on doors to get out. We didn’t even ask for our money back, just left and found a clean hotel.

This is a very discreet hotel. You never see anyone when you arrive. There is a speaker that you talk to someone to give your name to. They tell you a number and you drive to it. The garage door will be open, you pull in and close the door. The room was a little run down with missing tiles and such but very sexy and naughty. We took the red room which had a sex swing, a stripper pole and a round bed with a mirror on the ceiling. There’s no soap or shampoo but if your looking for fun, this is it. You could get bottle service through a two sided security box but we didn’t use it. You do need to phone them a few minutes before you want to leave so they can open the garage door for you to leave. Overall, it was a fun experience.

It's close to the airport, but and as exotic as the pictures imply. What isn't so clear is the only window is a tiny thing above the toilet and the air conditioner never got the place cool.
Definitely a latin american love hotel that you can book for a normal stay.
