Muy buena atención, sin problemas de estacionamiento, las camas cómodas y el aire acondicionado funcionando bien. Está equipado con microondas, refrigerador, closets, baño con tina y buen tamaño, la regadera funcionando bien y con buena temperatura.

Todo muy bien, muy amables

We’ll start with the arrival. Parking was extremely limited, with no posted signage indicating where guests should park. I had to move my car three separate times before I was finally able to check in. Now, the room. The room itself was surprisingly spacious and, at first glance, very comfortable. It even included a small, lovely patio with a jetted tub—unfortunately, the tub was not functional. Not only was it broken, but there was a sign taped to the wall stating that management was already aware of the issue and asking guests not to call to report it. This feature was one of the main reasons we booked this property, so that was a major disappointment. To make matters worse, upon entering the room we were hit with a terrible odor, as if someone had just used the bathroom located immediately inside the door and hadn’t flushed. As for sleep, the bed itself was very comfortable; however, the room next to ours was occupied by a couple who argued loudly throughout the entire night. There was no way to report the disturbance because there was no phone in the room, and the only option would have been to go into the hallway and walk past the arguing couple. After a completely sleepless first night, I checked out early, informed the staff of how awful the experience was, and moved to another hotel that actually lived up to its advertised amenities and positive reviews.

El hotel en general bien, pero le hace falta mantenimiento, tanto en los elevadores como en algunos detalles de las habitaciones, la ubicación y la zona están excelentes, tienen bonita vista las habitaciones con terraza.

El jacuzzi no sirve y no te dicen al hablar para preguntar, la habitación, la ropa de cama está vieja, y hay ruido desde las ocho A.M. porque están en remodelación y tampoco te lo dicen… yo había contratado la habitación SOLO por el jacuzzi..

General bien, poco atentos en recepción

El personal muy amable y siempre pendientes, lo que creo que pudiera mejorar es el desayuno incluido, se que es el continental, sin embargo creo que los detalles en el corte de frutas, (ampliar un poco más la variedad de frutas) los panes más pequeños, tal vez agregar al menú huevos, jamón o quesos a disposición, el café muy delicioso y muy buen detalle que siempre hay disponible para los huéspedes sin costo, las suites muy cómodas, me pareció una buena experiencia y si lo recomiendo.

La ha itacion estaba bien, en cuestion de limpieza también, sin embargo, se reservo en este hotel porque lo llamativo era que tenian un jacuzzi privado sin embargo venia un anuncio de que no servian, creo que eso lo podian haber especificado antes dd que u o haga la reservacion

Tiene estacionamiento, dentro y fuera, aunque no lo usé, la habitación grande , limpia, cerca del centro de Monterrey.
