This is an suite apartment location.Rooms are large clean with a full kitchen livig room. We were in a two floor sweet.

Only concern is the staircase. It’s too narrow with lack of safety precautions. My daughter had to put warning signs so we won’t skip a step & fall. Other than that, the condo is in the center of 5th avenue. Restaurants, shops, & convenient store

Everything great and very nice clean. Great staff, They told us where to park and helped my family and I with luggage. The only thing we didn’t like is the location because it is in the 5th Avenue and there is no closing close by and also a valet parking. But overrall nice place! Great staff.

Great walking distance to ADO bus station, restaurants, shopping, bars, beach and Ferry. Our hotel room was very clean. We felt very safe. Hotel doesn't look so great from the front but very nice once you walk in. We were greeted by security at the entrance who called office staff to confirm we had a reservation. She came out and was very friendly. Showed us around. Amazing views from the roof top. Not a lot of Amenities in the hotel but we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful rooms conveniently located on 5th Ave and only steps away from the ADO bus station! Staff was very accommodating and the room nicely appointed. Safe and comfortable with the freedom to explore the beach or the street!

Small condo/apartment type complex with 8 condos/apartments. On 5th Avenue. Clean, quiet, and in a great location. Close to beach, park, restaurants, ferry terminal, and bus station.

First time trying the condo thing instead of hotel. Worked out great for two bedroom as I was staying with my buddy. You can't beat the location in Playa del Carmen.

Beautiful location right on 5th avenue close to everything, the ferry, the beach, bars, and reatauraunts. Our room had a beautiful beach view patio where you can sit and relax while I taking the ocean breeze. Would definitely stay again

Excelentes localização e estrutura do quarto. Quarto enorme. Tudo limpo. Unico problema ocorrido durante a hospedagem foi com o wi-fi, que nao funcionou durante o primeiro dia, gerando transtornos.

If you are looking for an apartment like hotel room with an amazing location, this is it! It is extremely secure and private but centrally located at 5th Avenue and 2nd St. It is above Diamonds International. If you get a room with an ocean view it will be unobstructed. It is very spacious and would be excellent for a longer stay. However, the only negative is that the english speaking tv stations are very few and the connection to them poor. It is very clean and the staff will never bug you. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Hotel muito bem localizado e staff (Martín) sempre muito solícito. Quarto sempre muito limpo e cheiro muito agradável.

The manager was waiting for us at the front door when we arrived. They arranged for transportation to and from the airport $100 us round trip for 2 This was a GREAT deal!! The entire hotel property was exceptionally clean and with a 24 hour front door Guard was very safe as well. Perfect location on 5th ave for access to ALL. I will stay there again.

Great staff, very clean, close to shopping, restaurants beach and on 50th Avenue.
