This place is simply amazing. It is beautiful, the room spacious and super-comfortable, the food absolutely delicious, pool great and relaxing, grounds immaculate. But, most of all, the service is absolutely top-notch and we were treated very, very well. I look forward to my next stay there.

El staff del hotel es muy amable, igual que el de las actividades. Las actividades son muy bonitas y se esmeran mucho.
Desafortunadamente, el hotel es ahora tambien un tiempo compartido y eso hace que la calidad de alimentos y mantenimiento sean deficientes. También, la velocidad del servicio en alimentos y bebidas es muy lenta, lo cual es una tactica para bajar costos en un hotel todo incluido.

This was my first experience at the jungle and I really enjoyed it. The fact that we had tours included every day of our stay was amazing. I really enjoyed the quietness of the place and how it makes you stay present. It was a wonderful experience
