We were unable to access the apartment and needed to be inside off of the street.

Everything started off great. Apartment was nice. Surrounding area was wonderful. I made this 6 day booking through Expedia. However on my last day the property VH reached out to me not through Expedia but via What’s App at 11am asking to enter the unit between 12-1 because they wanted to show it to a potential buyer of the property who was in town that day. I declined due to valuables being present in the apartment. They read my message and did not reply. I continued to message them multiple times to confirm no one would enter the unit. Again they read all messages and still no reply. Leaving me feeling unsafe for me and my belongings. I reached out to Expedia about them potentially allowing someone in without my permission. Expedia tried to contact them and was ignored as well. I continued to try calling and messaging them for acknowledgment of me saying no. They continued to leave me on read. This left me scared for my safety and trapped in the unit for hours protecting my valuables for fear of them going ahead without my permission. Finally about 2 hours since the original message they responded saying they wouldn’t enter the unit. This caused me major stress and discomfort and took hours away from my vacation. This company virtual homes is highly unprofessional and shows no concern for the safety or privacy of their clients. I would not recommend staying at any of their properties.

Departamento super limpio, camas cómodas. La atención del staf igual super bien. Sin duda un lugar en el que me volvería a hospedar.

Estuvimos 3 noches y el departamento de a lado habia una puerta que se azotaba todo el tiempo, haciendo difícil descansar sobre todo dormir en la noche... Muy difícil comunicarse con el propietario, se intentó por varios medios y cuando por fin contestó no solucionó el problema

Esta increiblemente agusto, el tocadiscos fue un detalle excelente, me la pase increible, la decoracion esta muy bonita te sientes en un lugar muy acogedor. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para poder prepararte lo que sea, ademas que la zona esta muy tranquila y no hay ruido de noche ni en el dia, en general me la pase increible y sin dudas volveria a hospedarme en estos depas

Todo estuvo perfecto, el espacio es lo que esperaba, todo se encontraba limpio y muy completo! Nunca tuve problema para comunicarme, fueron muy accesibles con el check-in y también en todo momento contestaban las dudas que pude tener, no importaba la hora! Muy lindo espacio y muy seguro:)

Solo hay ventiladores. Hace demasiado calor. De ahí en fuera, el departamento muy bien.

El departamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para una buena estancia. Muchos restaurantes alrededor al igual que cercas de todo tipo de transporte para moverte en la ciudad. Hay que contactar directamento a VH para poder tener el codigo de acceso he ingresar al edificio si llegas a la mera hora del check in ya que el correo por parte de Hotels.com llego muy tarde.

Todo sucio, sabanas sucias, cucarachas, sin aire acondicionado.

Fue pésima la atención, nunca puse hacer uso del inmueble. Los teléfonos mencionados no los contestan. Solicite mi reembolso y lo negaron.

Schönes Ambiente, gute Lage - grundsätzlich gepflegt. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht gut abgeflossen aber sonst war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Vielen Dank ich würde wieder kommen!

Excelente experiencia, la zona es segura y tiene acceso inmediato a Oxxo, cafeterías,está cerca el Parque México. Las camas muy cómodas. PET FRIENDLY. Lo único que en el baño de la habitación principal no salía agua caliente. Sin duda me volveré a quedar próximamente ahí.
