Great hotel…have stayed there twice now. Cute little bungalows right on the beach. Rooms are clean. Staff is nice! And you can enjoy the amenities of the hotel next door!

Très jolies cabanes en bord de mer rattachées à l'hotel Panamera. Cependant vous devrez qd même payer pour acceder à leur piscine et transat, dommage! Attention si vous devez aller dans le centre, c'est assez loin et le taxi coute 600 pesos! Sinon c'est propre et le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

We stayed here 5 days. Other members in our party had rooms for 4 nights and 2 nights as well. It is more rustic than neighboring properties other wedding guests stayed in but appropriately priced for that. Location right on the beach was wonderful. Air conditioning worked well and staff was there to greet us on arrival to check in. The front desk is otherwise unmanned but you can go to a neighboring property for assistance and will also need to go there to check out. They were helpful in setting up airport transportation. Their transportation was not the cheapest option in the area but if you don't want the hassle of finding something yourself it is worth the convenience. They use WhatsApp for communication because text, calls and other messages are slow. They were consistent in responding to any inquiries. The plumbing was not terrific and we had a clog while we were there. Apparently we were not supposed to dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. We, nor other members of our party renting rooms, were not told that. The other water issue we had was when it rained, water come in the room under the door getting our things wet on two different occasions. They did clean it up but it was a bit of a hassle. It you know it is going to rain at night, put a towel down in front of your door or you may step into a puddle on your way to the bathroom in the morning. The linens and bedding were clean and daily room service was provided.

Se robaron los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito y un mes después me hicieron un cargo en Liverpool por 24,000 pesos mexicanos. El Personal es cero profesional y majadero, en especial los meseros y la hostes argentina. No recomiendo que vayan a este lugar. Cero servicio al cliente, me trataron súper mal todos. Renté un bungalo justamente por que ese cuarto era el que yo quería y al día siguiente me “pidieron muy amablemente” que me cambiara a otra habitación, a lo cual me negué y luego por esa razón me trataron muy mal. No vayan a este hotel, la van a pasar muy mal.

Cuando llegamos al hotel que presentan en la foto, te envían para unos apartamentos que están alfrente , sucios, inseguro , la picina tienes que cruzar al otro hotel indique en la estadía que iba con una menor y resulta que no aceptan menores en el área de la picina, el inodoro del baño está dañado ( NO BAJA ) les pides información y ellos no saben NADA 😵‍💫😵‍💫 Realmente para el precio y lugar… por favor búsquese otra alternativa No tienen ni tan siquiera café para la mañana Fatal ! No lo recomiendo

Wonderful reception, amazing breakfast and the room was beautiful. But, the beach club service was terrible. If you want to be forced to beg for a drink or an umbrella - this is the place to go. Also, if you have any smoke allergies/sensitivities - beware! The smoke from the outdoor fire and the other “natural products” being enjoyed will absolutely fill your entire room. On a 1-10. This place is a 3. The money you save will be spent by being forced to enjoy other beach clubs up the road.

No es nada a como lo reflejan en las fotografias, reserve y pague por una habitacion diferente y me hospedaron frente al hotel, en una habitacion con lagartijas.
