Clean room, incredible breakfast, breath taking views, and everything we wanted in a vacation location. Its in a perfect spot to be right next to the beach and a short walk to town. The staff were amazing at keeping the place incredibly clean as well as making delicious breakfast every morning. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! With just 5 rooms it’s easy to feel you have ample space and peace. We often had the small pool to ourselves. Please note however, that the rooms do not have a safe for your valuables, so you will need to plan accordingly. While most restaurants accept credit cards, most of the activities we tried, required payment in cash/pesos. Ultimately, we had a great time and will return.

Beautiful setting beautiful property, quite a few steps

Our flight was cancelled and we could not rebook for another two days. This was an excellent stay and a great place to be stranded. Lovely breakfast and close to the beach. I was charmed by the old hacienda feel of the building. There are only five rooms, so it felt very uncrowded.

The place is beautiful and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The view of the bay is spectacular. I really liked the street too, it is so charming and has easy access to the beach. This is not for someone with mobility issues since there are a lot of stairs to climb, maybe not for young children either, but if you're looking for quiet relaxation, this a great place for that. Señor Efraín was so kind as was Jonathan. We will not forget their wonderful hospitality throughout our entire visit. All staff really made our stay unforgettable.

Our stay was fantastic!! The staff are all very accommodating with incredible service!! The room as well as the property were very clean. The breakfast included was enormous, we managed to eat about half, and the views of the surrounding areas are spectacular! Would definitely recommend to stay at this property.

My husband and I just returned from Zihua. Villa de la Roca was the perfect place to stay. Located just above Playa de la Ropa, close to town, it is the ideal location. Beautiful and well maintained. The staff is marvelous and friendly, completely dedicated to your comfort. Yes there are steps to go down to the beach or to your room - young children would need constant supervision - but the view from the terrace and the lounge area is fantastic. A perfect romantic retreat!

Amazing location close to Playa la Ropa and many restaurants- wonderful hosts. Breakfasts are also amazing - you can skip lunch!

It was built around and on huge rocks spectacular view of bay. Twenty seven year old Five room villa turned into BnB. Good breakfast and.one very good restaurant in close walking distance Not for the disabled

Excellent location next to La Ropa beach overlooking beautiful Zihua Bay. The Villa is clean, well appointed and beautifully authentic. Cheers to the hosts Efiriam and Jonathon who made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The daily breakfasts were amazing! Thank you, we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Casita emensely. The view overlooking Zihua Bay was spectacular. Morning breakfast was both varied and tasty. Very short walk to La Ropa beach. About one mile walk to center of town or taxis readily available.The staff was welcoming, always and helpful. There are 5 large bedrooms in this facility. After the four other occupants, that were there when we arrived left, we had the whole place to ourselves.would HIGHLY recommend this lodging.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Efram is a great cook. Loved the different levels to use, like your own villa.
