Muy bonita habitación

It is a beautiful place

The entire property is beautiful and immaculately maintained and the staff is professional and friendly. The location is perfect. The center of town is an easy walk away and, in the opposite direction, there is a pretty dam with ducks. There are also several good restaurants within a five minute walk. The hotel restaurant is also excellent.

Super clean great service very comfortable

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful, large, classy rooms that have a bit of a colonial feel, and the property has several extra benefits with two pools and spa facilities, We loved the location slightly outside of the very crowded historic center, making our stay move quiet and less chaotic. Bed was very comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping is exceptionally professional. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make this truly a 5 star stay. Most notably, the hotel plays constant music throughout the hotel starting early in the morning (around 7am) that completely disrupts the tranquility of the place. You hear it at the pool, sitting outside for a meal, and even in your rooms and it's mostly like 80s disco and rock, completely out of place for the atmosphere of the hotel. It's so unnecessary and annoying. The second area that doesn't meet the potential of the hotel is the food. We ate at the restaurant twice and had room service once and in all three occasions it was gouts poor quality, especially for the prices they charged

No puede ser que Arturo que atiende en recepción no sepa hacer una factura. Tenía una junta y llegué tarde no obstante antes de desayunar se las pedí, y se tardó posteriormente casi una hora para hacerla. Al final le dejé los datos esperando que me la enviaran. Un día después no lo ha enviado. Porque ponen a una persona que no está capacitada para hacerlo.se comunico telefónicamente con tres personas para que lo auudaran. ayudaran. No puede ser.

Very attentive, helful, and nice staff. From the valet parking, recepcionist, and the cleaning ladies. All of them deserved two thumbs up. Very nice and spacious room with 2 bathrooms, each with bathtube and each with massage water jets. Everything was excellent, including the price. The only suggestion would be for the TVs to have platforms, e.g., netflix for us visitors to sign in and out. Thank you 😀 😊 my wife and I we will go back definitely.

El lugar es extraordinario, no le falta un solo detalle. El mejor servicio recibido.

Que bonito hotel. Una gema escondida y esperemos que siga así porque no había nada de gente, como me gusta. Muy tranquilo, muy armonioso, con vista a la ma montañas, lejos del bullicio o de la ciudad pero cerca de algunos restaurantes donde se come muy bien y una presa. Tienen una salida de cine que conectas desde tus dispositivos y está padrísima! Todas las áreas están muy bien cuidadas. El desayuno si bien no incluido, vale la pena totalmente. El servicio es el único que deja un poco que desear pues el personal no es tan atento o amable o servicial como se esperaría para este tipo de hotel. Algunos meseros un poco secos, Eduardo siendo un ejemplo. Fue muy grosero al atendernos con unas bebidas en el área de jacuzzi. Regresaría sin dudarlo.
