I really liked the place and would definitely return. It’s out of the chaos and endless small motors of Centro, walkable to some excellent food options, beach clubs.
Fresh fruit breakfast, nice little swimming pool, larger rooms with microwave and fridge were all positive add ons.

Never used the hot tub. The place was older but nice. The location was near where we wanted to be but the road to the property was terrible. It was a bumpy gravel dirt road, not lit up at night.

This is our third stay at Villas Coco Resort. We prefer their location on the less busy end of the island. The resort is small and quiet. The small swimming pool is lovely as are the grounds. We walk wherever we go. There are good nearby restaurants and snorkeling at Garrafon de Castilla just a couple blocks away. We have stayed at 3 other hotels on the island but Villas Coco is our choice for value, comfort and location.

This resort was very disappointing. There was no hair dryer and no cell phone charging ports. There were no English-speaking staff members available at night, and everything felt very outdated. Towels were not replaced during the stay, and there is no private beach. The location is far from everything, and you need to book a taxi just to go anywhere.
