The hotel is honestly beautiful. All of the spaces are wonderfully curated. The rooms were great as well. The breakfast was also delicious. And the staff was super friendly.
My only complaint is that you can hear the music from the lobby or any other noise in your room, both at night and in the morning.

Lovely property and centrally located. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the food as I was hoping for a bit more comfort options but it’s quite a posh hotel so that’s expected. I recommend this place for a cocktail and ambience. The atrium style of the floors results in lots of sound carrying but the hotel does a great job observing quiet hours. Because this is an architectural wonder of a hotel the layout of the bedroom is not for privacy in case that’s an issue.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Excellent service, very courteous staff, great breakfast, and great coffee. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I even had to ask which brand of bedding they use.

I absolutely loved this hotel and plan to always stay here when I’m in CDMX. The staff was friendly, the hotel was impeccable, and the bar in the basement had a great DJ and good drinks.

Great place! Staff and property were beautiful. We ate dinner and had cocktails upstairs and at the restaurant. Both were delicious! We also ordered boxed lunches to-go which were great for the car ride.

The hotel is nice and luxurious, the gym lacked depth as well as the rooftop bar / pool.
The free breakfast was poorly executed along with poor service at the time. The quantities of food were mid to low and the the taste was mid.
