Terrible el check in de parte del personal en turno, alrededor de una hora para aceptar la reserva que teniamos por Expedia y entregar la habitacion, por no conocer el protocolo de la aplicación, ademas insinuaba que se le diera un pago de 200 pesos supuestamente porque lo castigarian por acepar la reserva de Expedia

This is our second stay at Zar Culiacan and have again found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The only downside is the surrounding properties - it is an industrial area (although a large mall is close) and consequently the area is not very visually appealing. What you make up for in proximity to the highway, you lose in visual attractiveness. We would definitely stay here again as an overnight stopover.

Just off the toll highway heading south. Not close to the center of Culiacan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and despite my very limited Spanish, and staff with minimal English we were able to communicate. There is a fairly large mall near the hotel, and would be an easy walk if not for the absence of sidewalks and the need to walk along a fairly busy roadway.

I just needed to sleep and continue the trip back home. The beds were squekee and loud. Only gave me two shower towels. No hand towels or floor mat. The bathroom floor will get wet with shower.

Sordo muy bien, solo limpieza por favor, eso es definitivo para poder descansar y sentirme agusto !!

Solo que tengan cuidado con la limpieza de la habitación, sabanas sucias o no las cambiaron y demasiados cabellos en cobijas y baño. Saludos !

Buena opción para ir a Culiacán, Pero por alguna razón en todos lados cuando haces booking incluye desayuno, pero por expedia no. Eso no me gustó.

Hotel was fine. Mattresses a bit hard but everything was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but a good price. There is a shopping mall within walking distance. Parking is open and no secure but we had no issues.

Leti necesita un entrenamiento en como se debe tratar a los clientes...muy mal servicio.

No la recomiendo No hay agua caliente para bañarse. Varios artículos de la habitación no funcionan

Everything was ok except the staff was really loud in the morning yelling at each other across the front hall at 6 o’clock in the morning. Their voices really carried.
