Staff are very friendly and organised taxis to the Kitskany bridgehead monument and back to Chisinau. Room was very spacious and clean.

Had a very good stay, staff very helpful

I arrived quite late without an immigration form, the Check-in lady did everything she could to help me out, she even arranged at tour for the next day within 20mins. Breakfast great and cooked at the time I requested it. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

Hotel was great. The front desk staff were particularly good--they all spoke fluent English, were very helpful and kind, and were extremely efficient in conducting business. The hotel itself is perfectly located, and the property itself is excellent. The room was quite comfortable, and very classy. I enjoyed my stay there very much, and hope to return.

While the hotel was great, Transnistria was not a place worth visiting.

The hotel itself is fairly central and is modern and warm. I felt scammed by our stay there which has left a sour taste in my mouth. On arrival we were told by the receptionist (who spoke excellent English) that breakfast was included in our stay, the literature in the room also said this. In the morning we went to breakfast and selected what we wanted from a list (with no prices on it). At check out we were told we had to also pay our bill from the restaurant, despite only having the complimentary breakfast. When I questioned this the receptionist said 'well it's only another $10each, it's nothing'. I tried to explain my reasons but was met with a shrug. I paid up, despite feeling totally scammed. The receptionist then point blank refused to tell us where the bus to Chisinau went from, instead suggesting we take a taxi as it was 'only $60'. I told her we wanted to take the bus numerous times, but she was insistent we took a taxi and didn't tell us where the bus went from. We eventually compromised and took the taxi to the bus station. The hotel is fine if you are not on a budget and are not independent travellers/ backpackers. I felt the staff were scamming us, and although it wasn't loads of money, it does mean that I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Luxurious for being in Tiraspol. Staff spoke perfect English and were incredibly nice and polite. Great breakfast.

Great hotel near to everything - front desk and housekeeping staff are very good, especially Natalia who is excellent. Let down by a waiter called Vitaliy who doesn't know how to serve (e.g. leaving menus on table and bringing main course dishes before clearing away appetizers) - overall a very good, quiet and comfortable hotel. Would stay there again for sure. Amazing gym if you like working out!

Just be aware that due to circumstances beyond their control the hotel cannot accept credit card payment, it must be in cash, either USD or local. Otherwise, an excellent hotel in a fascinating part of the world.

I was in Tiraspol for one night and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. In particular, Anne and Sofia spent significant time explaining to me the logistics of the city, and recommending places I could go for sightseeing. Also, the dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

Er vel uden tvivl det bedste hotel i Transnistrien, Tiraspol.

Vriendelijke security Receptie afhankelijk van de persoon vriendelijk of minder vriendelijk. Ontbijt was pover. Grote en mooie kamer prima badkamer

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in spannender Stadt!

Tiraspol und Transnistrien sind sehr interessante und friedliche Reiseziele. Zu einem Besuch in Moldawien gehört ein solcher Besuch sicher dazu. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und fühlten uns jederzeit absolut sicher.

CityClub er forholdsvist nyt og et af Tiraspols absolut bedste hoteller - og alligevel sært gammeldags og sovjetstyle med ukrainske rigmænd, der mødes i restauranten for at gamble. Mørke korridorer, trist morgenmad, venlige og hjælpsomme receptionister. OBS: Kun kontant betaling i rubler, dollar eller euro.

Personnel plus que très serviable, s'occupe des démarches administrative pour les autorisations de séjour superieur à celle des autorités lors de l'entrée sur le territoire, le personnel de chambre et d'une discretion totale. L'hotel silencieux est d'un état impeccable avec parking clos et sécurisé. Bravo et felicitations.

Middag i hotellets restaurant anbefales ikke!

Det er nok det beste hotelet på reisen=) bare du gikk ut av hotelet eller spiste frokost så var de på rommet og fylt opp minibaren og ryddet. tror de ryddet rommet 3 eller 4 ganger på 1 dag.

Lovely and very helpful staff at the reception. Spoke excellent english too. The room was spaceous and nice. On the bad side, there was no hot water in the shower in the morning and breakfast was rather poor. No buffet.
