The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Suggesting a Romanian restaurant for dinner. An excellent suggestion. Room was good, clean. Everything was fine. I had prearranged an airport shuttle pickup and he was already waiting for me. No complaints

The room was not comfortable

Very friendly staff. There’s no phone in the room. But this was closer to a motel than a hotel.

No restaurant, no bar, non-working air conditioning (no remote), nothing in the mini-bar, a lift the size of a matchbox (couldn't get in with suitcases)... how this hotel can be rated 10/10 is a mystery to me. One of our party uses a wheelchair and, although there is a ramp, the adjacent car parking space is so close, we couldn't use it and had to bump up the steps instead. The staff were OK-ish, though not what I would call particularly warm or friendly, but helpful enough to provide directions to a local ATM, supermarket and restaurant. I was also asked how I was going to pay, despite having paid in full. The room was what I would describe as "adequate", in that it was clean and contained the beds we expected but there were no tea/coffee making facilities provided. All in all, we were not impressed.
