建物の外観は少し古く感じましたが、内部はきちんとリノベーションされており、お部屋もロビーもレストランも新しく綺麗でした。
スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。フレンドリーなスタッフの方も多く、優しく接していただけました。
また、プールでの体験は最高に楽しかったです。パーティー気分を存分に満喫できました。
プールのレセプションの女性の方は本当にフレンドリーで親切で丁寧で、色々説明して下さり、素晴らしいホスピタリティをお持ちでした。彼女のおかげで、フェアモントモンテカルロホテルの評価は爆上がりです！！素晴らしいスタッフです！！
また、朝食付きのプランでしたが、お食事はとても美味しく、文句のつけようがありませんでした。

La estancia y el proceso de checkin/checkout estuvo súper bien.
Nos asignaron una habitación distinta a la seleccionada inicialmente pero el personal muy amable nos compensó de manera correcta.
Al llegar no había energía Eléctrica y lo repararon en un par de horas.
Las instalaciones muy bien y el personal muy atento a tus necesidades.

I recently stayed at the hotel while attending a Forbes event and was surprised by the early start of maintenance work on the ocean-facing terrace. Beginning at 7:00 a.m., there was noticeable drilling and worker activity directly outside the balcony.
Given that the hotel was fully occupied by Forbes attendees, it is unclear why such disruptive work needed to begin so early. The noise significantly impacted the guest experience, and I understand that several other guests shared similar concerns.
This may be an area worth reviewing to better align operational activities with guest expectations, particularly during high-profile events.

Wow! Just wow! The hotel itself was gorgeous! Staff was amazing. The food amazing. Their pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it. Plus the view from the pool is spectacular!
