Great location

There was a rat on the 7th floor. Running around the hallway. Spoke to the manager and they offered a complimentary bottle of champagne. This bottle did not show up! Went back to the front desk to chase this up. They claimed that we were offered a free meal at the hotel restaurant instead. This was not communicated to us directly so we were unaware and the manager I spoke with on the second occasion was not helpful at all. He was rude and abrupt when I explained the situation. I told him I wasn’t communicated with regarding the meal. We put our trust in to this hotel and the staff but it was a real shame that they acted this way. Will not be returning.

Needs refurbishing

Had a roof leakage on my floor which caused a bit of a damp odor.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt Stellen im Flur wo es von der Decke tropft. Personal, Ausstattung und Zimmerqualität sind top, hairpin view überragend. Bei einem Frühstück für 2 Personen auf dem Zimmer sollte bei 83 EUR auch etwas Wurst und Käse möglich sein. Das ist einfach am falschen Ende gespart. Wir würden aber immer wieder in dieses Hotel kommen!!

Les chambres sont bien et l’environnement en vue mer est vraiment agréable. L’accueil et le service de réception est très pro et très efficace. La piscine est tres bien mais rapidement fréquentée par des enfants mal éduqués et des jeunes parents laxistes qui rendent l’expérience moins sympa, le service autour de la piscine et même au restaurant sur le toit ne sont malheureusement pas à la hauteur de l’établissement et du standing des lieux.

The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The service at breakfast and the restaurants was warm and welcoming, The breakfast room was fully staffed and had a really wide range of items for everyone. We had multiple meals at the restaurants and everything was very good. The valet situation was very hectic in the off season, so I can only imagine how bad it was during the summer. There has to be a better way to make getting your car out for the day in a more organized and efficient manner? The hotel is older, and definitely needs an update and the outside cleaned up or refreshed. The fact that they are busy should not be a reason for having to “pre book” the bell hop. I have never heard of this being an issue in any other hotel, perhaps they need more staff. We did pre book one, and he was prompt and efficient. Overall the location was good and very walkable to the casino, as well as restaurants in the area.
