這間酒店無論是房間的設備上，餐廳的感覺，都只是3星賓館的質素。

The breakfast is herrible , bread is not fresh and hard. Very little choice . Only few guest in the morning . The hotel room is acceptable.

房間浴室的遮蔽有點透明，不熟的人一起住會有點尷尬。冷氣運轉聲太大。其它房間內的設施都蠻舒服的。櫃台有會說中文的服務人員，大家的服務態度都不錯。

Location overall is very good, easy to access everywhere.

Die Sauna ist in die Jahre gekommen. Handtücher sind dort Mangelware. Das Frühstück steht nicht im Preis-Leistungsverhäktnis.

Horrible experience. I stayed here twice on my mongolian trip and the air conditioning wasn't working in both rooms, and apparently in any room in the hotel. The temperature in my room was 32 C by noon and 28 C at night with both windows open! When i complained at the front desk, they said the ac was broken, which i find hard to believe as it was working in the hallways and lobby. After all, it doesn't take a week to fix an AC, in case they really wanted to. They told me to just open the windows instead! What i think happened was that they turned it off in the rooms to save money thinking that just because it is cool outside the guests wouldn't need the ac in the rooms. More than 150 usd per night to not even have ac in the room! Unacceptable! And you couldn't even turn off the fan of the ac that just kept blowing warm air inside the room. Shower drain smelled of sewage. The water overflows into the bathroom when you take a shower. Also, the area is really noisy (loud music, cars), lots of traffic, the building is half offices so there are lots of people coming and going, lifts always busy, the lobby looks more like a train station than a hotel. When you turn off the lights at night, all outlets stop working, so don't even think about charging you phone overnight. Wifi is bad and keeps failing. This place is a let down in so many ways it is not even funny! This is not a 4-5 stars hotel by any stretch of the imagination!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich, die Zimmer sind gut, entsprechen jedoch nicht der Bewertung. Der Service ist gut, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.

冷暖房調節ができなかった。

This is not a 5 stars hotel by any stretch of the imagination!!! The air conditioning in my room was not working, which means u pay more the 150usd to stay in a cooking oven! The area is noisy and full of traffic. The building is half offices and half hotel, so there are a lot of people coming and going, busy elevator, a true mess! Stay somewhere else, trust me!

バスタブの栓が壊れていたこと以外はとても良かった。空港からの送迎もお願いできて、サービスは全く問題なし。ただ、外が賑やかなのはホテルのせいではないけれど、割と遅くまで外がうるさい。

Los primeros dos días de estancia no hubo agua caliente. Eso fue incómodo porque debíamos tender algunas cuestiones de trabajo y retraso nuestro programa

中心地にあり、いろいろな場所へのアクセスが良いホテルです。高層階からは、街の眺望が楽しめます。朝食もおいしかったです。

2011年に開業。私がモンゴルを訪問するようになった年です。斬新な外観デザインに驚きました。今でもウランバートル中心地のランドマークシンボルとなっています。会合などにも利便性が良く、ビジネス目的で利用させていただきました。再度利用させていただきます。

オープン当時は斬新なホテルであった、今でも変わらず素晴らしいホテルです。利用居室のインテリアも落ち着いていて、長期滞在にも不便がありません。アメニティ、ホテルスタッフの対応も申し分ありません。また利用します。

Looks new but the room was kind of old. It can be better. I would choose another hotel next time. Because of the price. But still nice and very convenient to walk around.

Hotel great ,reception staff did not seem very friendly. The young men were more helpful -maybe it was a language thing?

Room had some cleanliness and amenities not working issues but the hotel as a whole was good.

The best location and a landmark for the city! Must have had rooms remodeled because our room seemed modern and up to date

Floor rags were dirty, the bedsheets were terrible. The price I paid for is NOTHING! What matters is the location. Otherwise, the overall experience was average. The hotel needs aggressive maintenance improvements.
