Worst 5 stars hotel I have ever been

地理位置OK, 酒店職員有善有禮, 房間很寬敞, 入住時乾淨企理, 光線充足, 適合一家大細居住

5名で2部屋予約していたが、体調不良などで2名が来れなかった 予約そのままで料金もそのままで結構と伝えたが、2ベッドの1部屋で済まそうとする受付 3人では寝れないし、フェアでは無いと話をしても出来ないの一点張り 上役も含めた受付スタッフの思い込みが強く、英語が通じていないと感じ 現地通訳に話をして貰い，ようやく解決 ルームサービスは、とても時間がかかったうえに、部屋にチャージ出来ず、現金かクレジットの支払いもはっきりせず、電話で確認して支払う事態で、部屋到着から10分のスタッフ滞在 夜は、クラブ音楽が一晩中、部屋中に振動して安眠出来ない状況 次の日から2日間お祭りでうるさくなるとのアナウンスはあったが、前夜祭まであるとはアナウンスされておらず ゲストフレンドリーのかけらも無い、ホスピタリティの無い設備だけのホテル

This is the best hotel in Mongolia. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we could have stayed there all day. The room was great, and the condition of the property was also very good. Hard to find in Mongolia. The high tea was so so - but inexpensive. Not much of an experience. The front desk staff was borderline rude - not to be expected in any hotel, much less a good one. The food in the restaurant was just ok. The room amenities were great.

Best hotel in Mongolia.

Very arrogant Staff. In other Shangri-La hotels the service has been much better.

Property is fine for a quick trip through the capital. Definitely geared toward business.

Very beautiful hotel and has great and friendly staff. Specially, front office staff Enku was amazing. She is very professional and helpful who made our trip unforgettable. Thank you Enku!

The hotel staff was very accommodating and respected my vegan request.

Fraudulent place, false advertising on having a pool (they dont) or spa (also closed) or multilingual staff (no english speaking). Also had food poisoning and spent 2 days on hospital.

Don’t order any food at the ‘Lobby Lounge’ if you are being chased by the next appointment

Ainut miinus koko paikassa; käytin hotellin autopalveluja runsaasti mutta aikataulut ja kuljettajien ammattitaito oli kyseenalaista!! Erinomainen sijainti ostoskeskuksen yhteydessä ja loistava henkilökunta. Aamupala runsas ja erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen! Vahva suositus!!!!

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the view from the room. Furniture is a bit worn out but everything functions well. Though u need to walk a bit to the sports club, the equipment there is not disappointing. Overall is good.

It was a comfortable stay. The only issue we faced was slow delivery of room service.

The assistance service was good, fully operational at any time. Gym and swimming pool was available, easy access to the mall without having to go outside to cross the street. The city view was good. Some furniture need replacement (aging). Not enough channels on the cable TV. I didn't see any sanitizer at all, not in the room, not at the breakfast restaurant.
