Hot water sometimes does not come out. There is fine dirt in the water. Shower filter recommended.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the inside is a different story. The furnishings were in need of repairs and or replacement. The sheets had stains and rips in them. The cups had crud in them. The bath tub plug didn't work. There was hair in the tub. There was hair on the bath towel. The hotel holds some events and the music can be so loud that it made my rooms window vibrate and it also made it difficult to sleep. After my third request to turn down the music, which was at almost midnight, the hotel finally fixed the situation. The breakfast buffet seemed to have a decent selection of food, however the chafing dishes were not kept at a proper temperature. Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the price.

방이 넓고 수영장, 헬스장 등의 부대시설도 아주 넓습니다. 매우 만족.

중심가에선 조금 멀리 있지만 조용하고 한국대사관 바로 옆이라 좋았어요

Lack of maintenance

There was a fire at the hotel, but it was not evacuated properly. At 1am, there were people in the restaurant/bar area, hanging out in the lobby and in their rooms. There was no fire alarm. Instead, we got a phone call telling us there was a fire. There were 3 firetrucks, 2 hoses going in through the lobby and one extension ladder at the 12th floor, but the staff encouraged us to stay inside to get out of the cold. Seemed very unsafe considering there was a room on fire.

お部屋は広いツインでコストパフォーマンス最高です。バスタブにお湯を入れたら茶色い錆びたようなお湯が出て、びっくりしました。コロナであまり使われていないからか。向かいの友人の部屋は大丈夫だったようです。 早朝フライトに合わせて朝食弁当を作ってくださいました。このお値段であれば、また泊まりたいです。

비교적 조용하고 편안했지만, 주변에 밤에 시끄러운 음악소리가 들리곤 해서, 잠에서 깬적이 자주 있어요.

일단 가격대비 소소합니다. 조금 아쉬운 부분들은 일단 아침에 방청소하러 들어오는데 투숙객이 있는지 여부를 확인 안하는?듯한… 두번째 출장 업무를 보고 돌아오니 방청소 후, 수건이 없다던가 (아예없음) 무료생수가 아예 없다던가.. 계속 이런 자잘한 실수가 있었습니다. 프론트에 전화해서 해결하긴 했는데, 미안하다는 말이 없고, 그냥 방에 가져다 드리겠다..가 끝이었습니다. 조식은 나쁘지 않으나, 7시부터 시작인데 7시에 내려가면 모든 음식이 다 준비된게 아니라, 그때부터 하나씩 나오는 상황이라 당황스러웠습니다. 줄이자면, 전체적으로는 나쁘지 않지만, 음.. 크게 추천하고 싶지는 않네요. 다음에 출장가면 여기 다시 묵을지 는 잘 모르겠습니다.

デスクにコンセントがなくて困った

한국대사관 옆에 있고 교통이 편리합니다.

I stayed in the city view king room, it was nice and spacious, however it was not the cleanist room. The bathtub had hair in it and one drinking glass was not clean. The sofa looks tired and very well used. Also the swimming pool was not open on time and when I asked for it to be open and went down to the pool again it was still not open. I did have a good sleep, but they could use more softer pillows on their bed and they also need to have an in room menu for their room service. Also my robe was missing the belt.

예약에 혼선이 있었지만, 이후 방을 업그레이드 해주고 대처는 좋았습니다. 건물 자체는 몽골에서 깔끔하고 좋은 편입니다. 다만, 중심가와 거리가 다소 있어서 전용차가 데리러 오는 단체여행에서는 문제가 없지만, 택시를 이용해야 하는 경우는 다소 불편할 수 있는 위치입니다.

空港への無料シャトルサービスがあり良かったです。 お部屋は広くて快適、窓からの眺めも良く、とても満足しています。 スイミングプールの水がもう少し温かいと尚良し。 サウナやフィットネスもあり、ホテル滞在を楽しめました。

The hotel room space is very large. one thing they can improve is about housekeeping, not very impress. Also no food menu in the room.

2명 예약했는데 방에는 1명분만 셋팅 요구했는데 체크아웃때까지도 처리안됨.
