It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. Basic pots and pans etc were provided with washing up equipment. Bed seemed brand new but we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed to use the Aircon at night. Sofa bed was actually very comfortable. Bathroom ok, shower was variable in temperature with no hook for shower head. Beautiful view over the sea and nice pool area with friendly owners and staff. The apartment we had was up quite a few stairs and not by the pool, which wasn't ideal with our little boy so check if this is important for you. There was a covered parking garage which we got a space in every day, this was great for keeping the car cool. Two restaurants and a small shop within walking distance but everything else will need driving to, traffic was really heavy but we were there in high season.

I can strongly recommend this place. The family that has the hotel are really nice and helpful! They made our trip into an excellent experience. Provided tips on where to go, helped with taxi, rental cars and restaurants. A very nice and calm area with restaurants and a small store in walking distance.

Cet hébergement était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait pour découvrir la riviera de Budva de façon authentique. Une vue magnifique, des couchers de soleil a couper le souffle admiré depuis son transat a la piscine (super pour nager et pas seulement faire trempette). Pas vraiment de bar ni de restauration mais des boissons servies par Vaso et sa fille (une petite caresse au passage pour Medo, leur Akita Inu super gentil ). Chambre simple mais qualitative avec kitchenette avec une chouette terrasse ( nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un salon extérieur). De très bons restaurants avec vue dans les environs immediats Pastrovica Dvori a 50 m, Bankada en bas de la rue, Giardino a un jet de pierre... Tous avec une vue superbe. Jolie crique et plages préservées a proximité directe ... Que demander de plus ? Super séjour donc !

Lovely apartment with perfect views out over the sea. Alao had a lovely pool area which was much needed in the heatwave. Cleaning staff come in everyday and make a spotless job. Good communication prior to arriving as it can be a little difficult to find. Be aware its up a steep winding little road and van be found via a big blue sign on the right hand side after a sharp bend. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. There is only a hob top though, no stove, incase you want to self cater. Small market on the road leading up that has an ok selection but for a bigger shop you'll need to go in Budva. Only downside was that the aircon was not very strong and only in the living room. Would probably usually be ok, but in 39 degrees heatwave we were struggling!! But there was a stand up fan in the bedroom so sleep with that pointing at your face and you'll be ok!

Tout était parfait, la localisation, la vue, la piscine, le personnel ! On a pu se promener entre Petrovic et Budva et faire les plages. Juste une odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain le premier soir mais c'est passé.

The owners were very helpful, they made sure we had a plesant time, our room/flat was cleaned daily to an immaculate level. overall they were great host and we would visit again.

Det svært hyggelig vertskap. Dei var imøtekommende og hyggelige. Leiligheten var svært bra.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Meerblick ein Traum. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind wirklich herzens nett. Auf Grund dr Nähe zu Budva und auch Petrovac ist man abends schnell im Trubel, zuhause dann in der Ruhe und Idylle. Durch die kurze Entfernung zum Tunnel Richtung Podgorica eignet sich der Standort auch für Ausflüge ins nördliche Bergland. Gerne wieder.

Lovely accommodation with all comfort needed. Owners and staff, like everyone in Montenegro, extremely friendly and helpful. Great location, amazing beach with pristine water just down the road, set in a relatively quiet place yet handy to main tourist spots. Amazing view from shady balconies and pool. Would highly recommend it.
