Very nice apartment in a strategic location, close to the Old Town, Kamelija Shopping Centre, and the bus stop to Perast. On top of that, Dragan is very kind, helpful, and responsive.

Room was good, tidy. Staff's were polite and kind. The issue we had was with the bathroom which is small, the floor was almost wet when showered. There was no free parking nearby. Paid parking was found in a 7 mins walkable distance.

2 mins from old town. Good size bedroom, small tight bathroom all very clean. Good instructions/directions from the manager in advance.

The host is hospitable and friendly! The environment of the apartment is good and quiet. The location is just next to the old town. Highly recommend!

O Tea Apartment fica em uma área fora da muralha, a uma distância de aproximadamente 300 metros da entrada da cidade. Então, se você quer sentir de verdade o clima medieval da cidade, deve se hospedar dentro das muralhas. Sobre o apartamento, a cama é confortável , roupa de cama limpa e há uma cozinha com uma estrutura mínima, vom uma panela minúscula e uma frigideira que ajudam na logística da elaboração do café da manhã. Há uma padaria a uns 150 meteos e um mercado a uns 350 metros. A limpeza, no entanto, requer alguma atenção para o tapete, que estava com cheiro de mofo, e o exaustor do banheiro estava com uma camada de poeira e partículas de sujeira. No.mais, apesar da simplicidade, é um apartamento seguro e com bom custo-benefício para uma cidade onde tudo tem alto custo

Dragun was an excellent host at the tea rooms in Kotor. Surrounded by beautiful gardens the property is nestled into Kotor about a 3 minute walk from the old town gate, with a tremendous view of the fortress upon exiting the property- it didn’t get old the whole time we were there! Dragun went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. He even helped us out by kindly printing a bus ticket we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dragun!

We stayed five nights in a lovely apartment with its own garden setting, enhanced by a friendly cat and a family of tortoises. The apartment was located a short walk from the Old City, and nearby to a supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed, and in summer we enjoyed the gazebo. The owner was helpful and communicative.

The apartment had everything we needed but was very dark. Outside of the old town so very quiet.

Excellent communication from the owner. Thr property is ideally locsted for a peaceful stay in Kotor. Would definitely recommend.

Charmant petit logement pour quelques jours, à quelques 5 minutes à pieds de la ville. Calme et convivial. Je recommande vivement le logement et son propriétaire qui est accueillant, souriant et sympathique.

Dated but clean and spacious. Very helpful host. Driving to property (and driving in Kotor in general), is tricky… very busy and VERY narrow streets.

The place is roomy and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the old town, groceries and other amenities. Note that if you are coming by car, the suite is on narrow streets in a hilly area. Some small suggestions for improvement would be to add an entry way coat rack with a rubber mat for shoes. Some shelving in the bedroom and shelving and hooks in the bathroom would also be appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and recommend to anyone as a base for exploring Kotor.

Just outside the city walls and at the start of the Ladder of Kotor hike. I had a nice room, although the bathroom was a little small. The Old Town is very close by and it's about 15 minutes walking to the main bus station.

Very nice and helpful host.

Booked this place mainly for the parking. When we arrive, the host claims he does not have parking, and when confronted with the online information, he replies that this is not true. Obviously a lie - since multiple reviews states that he does, and that he had been most helpful with this. Having a car in Kotor is an utmost pain - parking is extremely limited and we spent hours and hours in a queue to the public parking. The host advised us a parking space close to a football field, this was an illegal parking space and would easily have cost us 1000 euro (according to a police officer we spoke to). Extremely disappointed that the host did nothing to help, and did not apologize the slightest. Would not recommend this place. To be fair - the apt was big enough and really good location close to the old town - but I would not want to stay at a place with an untrustworty host again.

En perle i Kotor. Perfekt beliggenhet, superhyggelig vert, nydelig leilighet med en fantastisk veranda. Deilige senger. Hagen har flere sittegrupper, frukttrær og skilpadder som gjerne spiser fra hånd. Vi kommer gjerne igjen - takk for oss

Rigtig god beliggenhed, god vært og generelt fint værelse. Det eneste negative var, at der var en meget dårlig lugt.
