MIND YOU, it was not an apartment (with a kitchenette) as suggested on the Hotels.com booking site. Make sure you check with the accommodation that the amenities listed are indeed what you will get. The manager apparently has had to disappoint quite a few people this season who had booked the accommodation via various agencies other than Expedia. According to her, there have been miscommunications with regard to the details of the available units. As far as the accommodation goes, the room was spacious and had a refrigerator. WiFi connection was good and the people were very helpful even though there was a language barrier with the older lady who only spoke a few words of German. Parking at the apartment complex is basically impossible (there is only room for one car) but parking is free in the neighborhood.

Loistava hinta-laatu suhde. Ainoa miinus oli "ilmainen pysäköinti", olimme siinä olettemuksessa että majoitusliikkeellä on omat dedikoidut parkkipaikat. Ilmainen pysäköinti tarkoitti kuitenkin että kadunvarsipysäköinti on ilmaista ja etenkin high season (elokuu) aikaan parkkipaikkaa oli vaikea löytää.

Huoneisto oli pieni, mutta todella siisti.Edullinen ja hyvä vaihtoehto majoittumiseen Budvassa.Voin suositella.Kaikki tarvittava löytyi lähistöltä. Auton vuokraaminen kannattaa tehdä maijoituksen kautta, muuten ystävällinen kohtelu muuttuu kylmäksi.

Just perfect. Never seen friendlier staff anywhere. Flat was always clean and location is close to beach, though far enough to escape the noices.

The room is filthy, outdated, no parking, no dishes, no kitchen, no TV, Fan does not work in bathroom, faucets are old....The pillows are so old, the bed is very old and uncomfortable and it is broken In a general...FILTHY,

quand nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait pas de chambre pour nous. Après on nous a proposé un appartement qu'on devait partager avec une autre personne, que l'on a refusé et après on a eu une autre chambre, mais qui ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Sur le site il était mentionné qu'il y avait une salle avec les petits déjeuners et la restauration que nous avons jamais vu. Dans la chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, pas de produit pour la douche,juste une petite serviette de bain qu'on nous a changé au bout d'une semaine, Sur le site l^hôtel était mentionné 3 étoiles, ce serait plus juste de mettre hôtel de famille

Il proprietario Sasha ci ha accolto subito benissimo. L'appartamento è nuovo e viene pulito giornalmente. Nelle vicinanze ci sono sia supermercati che farmacie. La città vecchia si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Quello che è stato più bello, è aver trovato un proprietario di casa sempre disponibile e gentile. Grazie Sasha a presto

The room was small but clean and the location was perfect. There is a small fridge in the room and a balcony with plastic chairs and a table. The owners are very welcoming and always responsive to any questions and concerns. Wi-fi worked great in the room. This room was perfect for the price! Would book again.

Ble hentet av hotellpersonell på flyplassen, veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personell. Hotellet drives av en familie, og de er super hyggelige og hjelpsomme med det meste. De driver også bilutleie, noe vi benyttet oss av. Ved innsjekk fikk vi tildelt et hotellrom og ikke leilighet med kjøkken som vi egentlig hadde bestilt. Dette var en feil fra Hotels side og ikke hotellet selv. Etter mye venting og samtale med Hotels ble vi enige om å oppgradere til leilighet ved å betale mellomlegg som Hotels skal tilbakebetale oss. Leiligheten var stor og romslig. Renholdet ikke mer enn ok. Det var veldig lydt mellom leilighetene så opplevde mye bråk og støy fra naboer. Det var dårlig vanntrykk og ikke varmtvann på kjøkkenet, samt ustabilt vanntrykk og lite varmtvann i dusjen. Men alt i alt fornøyde da vi på forhånd visste at dette ikke skulle være ett luksusopphold.

au vu de l'annonce sur Expédia, je pensais vraiment avoir loué un appartement et non une chambre, première déception en arrivant. Dans votre annonce , vous parlez de télé, de grand réfrigérateur, de cuisine...rien de tout ça, une chambre spartiate, un tout petit frigo. Dans la salle de bain aucun endroit pour ranger ses affaires, ni tablette, ni meuble. Vous parlez dans votre annonce d'articles de toilette gratuits...il s'agit en fait d'une savonnette pour tout le séjour (non remplacée quand elle est terminée) et de serviette de toilette toutes petites qui ressemblent plus à des serviettes à main, pas de tapis de bain mais une serpillère...Le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant plusieurs jours de suite. Nous avons été obligés de demander à ce que le sol soit lavé car nous avions les pieds noirs quand nous marchions nus pieds...

It was a nice room overall. Not far from beaches and old town. The owner was nice and very helpful. Would stay again there
