Excellent host and services to wish for. Highly recomended.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The breakfast was a highlight - fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. While transit options around the hotel weren’t the most convenient, the local area more than made up for it with plenty of great food spots within walking distance. If you're looking for a cozy place with good food and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel is a solid choice.

Love love loved this hotel and its amazing staff! The location, just out of the touristic old town, is perfect. You can slip right off the terrace into sea. There are lovely sun loungers sea side - a perfect spot to sit and watch the many boats and bathers bobbing in the bright blue sea. The included breakfast was fantastic. There were local delights like home made cheeses, bread and jam. We were given a welcome champagne. The hotel rooms were comfortable with fluffy beds and ice cold air conditioning. Loved the old limestone walls and wooden furniture. Great local restaurants nearby right on the sea. A quick and cheap cab ride to the old town of Kotor.

A lovely little hotel set right by the bay! The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were both professional and genuinely friendly — they even offered us a lift into Kotor when no taxis were available. The location is perfect: just a short ride by bus or car to Kotor Old Town, and surrounded by plenty of seaside restaurants where you can dine right by the water. The bay itself is crystal clear and wonderful for swimming. We especially appreciated the welcome drink and the complimentary bottle for my birthday — such a kind touch! The team also gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kotor!

The property itself was nice but the area around the property was sketch with abandoned buildings. The staff was very nice and upgraded our room for free.

Absolutely fabulous stay! All of the staff are so kind, helpful and genuinely amazing! Food was plentiful and delicious. We loved the area and the cottage feel. It is stunningly beautiful. We could not have had a better time. Definitely recommend this special place.

Lovely little Hotel directly by the Bay! The Rooms are really clean, the breakfast is amazing, the staff is so nice and the water in the bay is clear and wonderful to swim in! Only a short ride by Bus/Car to Kotor old town, so perfect location. There are a lot of restaurants in the area where you sit directly sea side! We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely recommend!

The room was small but comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing - fresh fruit, chia pudding, pastries, juice and coffee, and a selection of hot foods, ie eggs, crepes, etc. The staff was excellent, friendly and responsive, eager to serve and please, and the building was quaint and historic with stone and brick walls in the room.

Accueil très sympa, jolie chambre décorée avec goût et parfaitement propre. Excellent petit déjeuner en terrasse au bord de l’eau. Literie un peu ferme. On recommande ce joli petit village.

Small, compact, home away from home holiday accommodation. Transport to Kotor and Tivat towns are accessible by bus (cost €2) from the hotel's doorstep. Staff were super amazing.

The hotel we preferred for Kotor. It was so nice that we extended our vacation for one more day. The woman who took care of us at the hotel was very sweet and smiling yüzlü☺️ The hotel was very clean, we had no problem parking the car. Breakfast was enough for us. Although we went out of season, it was a very caring and nice hotel. The view was also very nice. Thank you for everything ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable hotel that exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The location is simply stunning — nestled right along the coast, with breathtaking bay views. The service was exceptional. We were the only guests there (offseason) and the woman whose name I forgot went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive, offering local tips and making me feel like a I was at her home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Included in the room rate, it was an absolute treat. Freshly made pastries everyday, locally sourced fruits, and warm comforting Cappuccinos. The tables overlooking the sea on the deck provided the perfect setting to start the day. The hotel itself had such a charming, 8th century feel with stone walls and circular staircases. All in all, this hotel blew my mind. It truly set a new standard for what a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable stay should be. I can’t recommend it enough

Altan som går direkt ner i vattnet. Lugnt läge en bit utanför Kotor men med lokala bussar besökte man enkelt alla sevärda städer runt om i bukten. Fantastisk service. Mysigt litet hotell. Härlig frukost ingick.
