Que experiência incrível! Passamos uma noite neste belíssimo hotel. Recepção perfeita, comidas maravilhosas!!! Digno de um 5 estrelas!

Room overlooking the bay was very well furnished and a very comfortable place to stay. The staff were very helpful and provided impeccable service.

Beautiful hotel and views. Excellent service and cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh. The only reason I gave it four stars was because the mattress on the bed was very hard.

Elegantly beautiful hotel in a majestic location with a breathtaking view. Excellent service; spacious rooms with lovely views. The staff were accommodating and kind. Only complaint was the mattresses were super hard!

This historic property is conveniently located in the heart of Perast. The room had carpet that smelled and the AC vents had mold. The staff was not very friendly, I guess because this Montenenegro small town is constantly visited by tons of turists.

Coffee in breakfast shall be self service like all other food in the buffet. Without need to wait for waiter for coffee

The views and scenery were excellent, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is a bit of an issue as you cannot park near the hotel and it is a 20min walk to the hotel. Breakfast in the morning is good but they don’t have enough seating area for all the guests so at times you needed to wait to be seated which is wasn’t too long. Air con in the room did not work and the room service didn’t make up the room very well. On the whole it’s a lovely place with nice views and restaurants Dardin was our favourite. It’s worth a visit

Absolutely charming! Beautiful property! Excellent stafff! Shout out to Susan, our server for 4 nights! Sooo nice! Perast is picture perfect! And we had a top notch tour by Bogdon, a local guide!

Overall a great experience. Most staff are welcoming however there are a few who were rude. The housekeeping service was disappointing as they just changed the towels and didnt even empty the trash or provide more toilet paper.

Incredibly scenery and a great luxurious property.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Room was extremely comfortable. Only complaint was the smell of sewage at the shoreline.

Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….

We had a wonderful 4 night experience at the hotel. The facility itself and the view are gorgeous- I attached the view from our room, even the lesser view from our daughter’s room was quaint and if you stretched your neck you could see the sea. Service was friendly and helpful. The water flow from our shower head was weak and was fixed the same day when we mentioned it. Breakfast has a large selection of fresh and delicious food, the bread is scrumptious. I would however recommend against dining at the hotel restaurant other than breakfast. I’d rather not elaborate as I do like the hotel. Two other problems that prevent me from giving a five star rating- there was an occasional sewage smell at the hotel beach and pool area which was overwhelming. The lifeguard said it was indeed sewage and after asking if the sea water was safe he said that it shouldn’t enter your mouth. Suffice it to say we did not try to swim there. The other issue was the lack of signage indicating the parking area for the hotel, which is outside of Perast ( only residents can enter with private cars). We drove around for a while asking locals who directed us to the place. Overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely town at the best hotel in it.

Plenty of food options to choose from, room and bed all lovely good WiFi connection. Plenty of taxis to the outskirts of the resort but golf buggies to the hotel

We came here as a family, hoping to enjoy the beautiful view. However, the service was horrible. Our waiter continued to roll his eyes at us while we were ordering. At 11:15 pm, I asked for a juice, and was told the kitchen is closed. This applied to my second request for a Coke Zero. The first word that any employee of the hotel uttered to me was, “that’s impossible”. I asked for our luggage to be put in storage, and they forgot to bring it. They also stored our luggage in their office and physically stood in my way of going in there. The result of that was that I asked for a very valuable artifact to be put in one the duffel bags, and instead they just left it out. This resulted in some very valuable things being left in the office, as well as a very valuable item being left on the street without a bag. Additionally, the hotel staff ripped an expensive duffel bag and took zero responsibility. A huge pity for such a nice location to have such awful service.
