Liked: The bed was quite wide, and the small balcony was a nice touch. We were lucky to get a room away from the road, so it was quiet and cozy. Didn’t like: The bathroom was disappointing — it didn’t even feel comfortable enough to take a shower. Also, the early checkout at 10 a.m., right after breakfast, was a letdown.

Étape d'une nuit dans notre périple entre amis. L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet très rapidement de rejoindre herceg Novi par le front de mer. Promenade très agréable. Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique. Celui du petit déjeuner une horreur. Le monsieur est antipathique il nous a obligé à quitter la table pour pouvoir redresser la table alors qu'il y en avait plein de libre. Le buffet est sans plus. Très agréable rooftop dommage qu'on est attendu 25mn notre coktail alors que nous étions les seuls clients

We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. I then had to jam open the lift shaft doors and climb out with my partner who was petrified. The receptionist came out and asked if we was okay. That was it. Not very accommodating after a terrible experience. I have reported this to the hotel and not heard anything back.

The food was good and the sea was near.

At booking, we had requested a room with parking, two separate beds and air conditioning. We didn't receive any of these. There was no free parking space when we arrived and had to park at the side of the road. The room didn't have air conditioning nor two separate beds, there was only one large queen-size bed. We requested for another room from the staff but didn't receive one, as they said they were fully booked. We made the booking in February, how is it possible that we didn't get the kind of room we requested?

Chambres tout à fait au standard attendu pour cette catégorie. Petit-déjeuner fantastique avec un buffet énorme, plein de spécialités locales en plus des classiques internationaux. Seul bémol sur les jus de fruits qui sont plutôt des sodas.

Family trip, stayed in a suite. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and the air conditioning didn’t work properly in our room, it was good otherwise.

Great staff, very kind and helpful. This is a smoking hotel. All the rooms and linens smelled of smoke. It said it had a Children’s club and playground and it did not.

Hotel room and bed were really unconfortable. It was not clean, almost half of the utilities were not working. Sink was not working properli. The mirror in the entrance was broken and just taped on the place without any repair.

Lovely breakfast, nice, new hotel.

This was a great location near the ocean and convient shops, bakery, grocery. Was within walking distance to old town herceg novi. Room was clean and the restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Le personnel est aux petits soins et globalement l’hôtel est très bien. Toutefois il est dommage que le rooftop (piscine et bar) ferme à 21h, et notre chambre au troisième étage, de taille assez modeste, était mansardée

Place was clean,staff was very welcoming,spa was wonderful,the place is a bit far of center.we had to live early in the morning before breakfast-they offered a lunch box. There was no lunch box it was only an apple a bottle of water and a tiny sandwich-they should have given a refund insted of it.
