The staff were very helpful because I have problem with the car parking, the guy got 40D to park the car on the street overnight, but the guy denied to do so when I came back in the evening. Hotel staff helped me to solve the problem, thanks a lot.

酒店总体还行，位置很好，干净舒适，早餐一般。不满意的是房间内没有wifi信号，得站在房内门口才有信号，大概和酒店的房型设计有关。

its bad service from the first day in Morocco which make me sick about it, i have asked hair dry(she said will send it to my room after 10mins, but it never delivery) and about some information on Marrkech (e.g. Map, desert or private guide...)and female reception she never get back to you till you show up in front on reception (you were looking for some help, she just pass any crap information to its not you asked for), its make me so angry what going on of her can stay on this hotel...

One night only for early flight the next day. Friendly people. Beautifil room. Had one minor problem which they addressed quickly and professionally. Would stay again.

Staff were amazing and helpful. Room however was close to the road which was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep at night. Also thin walls and so conversations in the next room could always be heard especially at night.

Limited breakfast choice!

Room was clean and tidy and is regularly serviced. It was quite spacious with a balcony but bathroom was a bit on the small side. Staff were friendly and polite. Great location with many shops nearby and you can easily walk to many tourist attractions. Neighbourhood was quite loud especially at night time with music playing out loud. You can also hear all noise outside the room so if you’re a light sleeper you may have trouble sleeping. Breakfast was quite limited with many sweet options instead of savoury and not a lot of hot food. Pool was a decent size not too big or small. For the price this was a good hotel.

Not very new property but overall clean and neat

The property was in walking distance from shopping and the old Medina. Excellent location

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool area is fantastic! Easy access to all the hustle of the city and there are some great local eateries just next door. Superb value for money. Will certainly return.

Nice place, amazing staff, and clean property, the only thing is when it's too hot, don't count on the pool, it's small area, and if you don't go early to get your spot, you can't sit by the pool or swim, too full

Ich war jetzt zweimal da, und jedesmal begegnet man mit erbrochnem. Entweder auf dem Boden und oder auf dem Tisch.

The great: spacious suite with balcony and no road noise. The good: friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, swimming pool. Fridge! The not so good: only one socket in the bedroom (two in the bathroom). No filtered water facilities-supermarket 10mn away. No ironing boards. The not good at all: avoid tour package to waterfalls. It was massively overpriced and only included transport.
