Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable à Barcelo.
Le personnel était courtois et serviable, la chambre était confortable et le service était excellent.

Bravo a l'équipe barcelo Casablanca pour leur acceuil, tres professionnels, disponibles et chaleureux, un grand merci a la personne qui nous a accueilli (je me rappelle plus de son prenom malheureusement), pour sa gentillesse et son service. En arabe tbark lah 3alikoum, ça fait plaisir davoir un tel service au maroc

AC didn’t work. It got so hot at night. Room amenities like tea packets are not refreshed everyday. Property in general is not well lit. The hallways are dark. Not fit to be a 4 star hotel. Food is also very average.

Il y avait des travaux publics après minuit, vers 2h du matin et c'est inconcevable de laisser ce bruit déranger les clients et perturber leur commodité, je l'ai réclamé et cela a été pris ne charge en bonne et du forme et je remercie le personnel pour leur professionnalisme
