地理位置不错，离哈桑二世清真寺20分钟。员工人情。客房服务内设施有欠缺。客房内没有免费咖啡、茶、矿泉水。

一个老式破旧的旅馆，房间蛮大的也在商业区。由于设施旧，客源少雇员也少，就不在乎客户。正在衰败中，所以他们想方设法多收你钱，我们被敲诈，他们也知道是一次性交易故而不在乎你。 房间里，甚至连楼下大厅里大多数时间都没有网络，多次说了以后会连接上一会，但是随即又断了。 不会再去。

Easy to get to the tourist attractions by taxis, Safe area, with nearby restaurants, cafes and small markets. Friendly and pleasant staff.

The staff was very attentive and polite. Wonderful dining and amazing kitchen staff led by an excellent chef. I will definitely be back at my home away from home. Thank you for being absolutely awesome.

The property is within the anfa region which makes it a good place to buy things and is accessible to many shopping areas. The problem i found was that when booking this hotel there was some confusion on the more luxurious barcelo hotel which may be there sister location and that if you book fastly that you can inadvertently pick the lower tier hotel in which i may have done. This hotel that i stayed in was a satisfactory, the room was very small and had limited outdoor lighting as the window does not allow adults to be able to.look through without bending 45 degrees. It was a bit odd. It was a very uncomfortable situation that i didnt like. Dont come to this place if you want to hear car sounds in the late nite. There is no soundproofing and it was bad. Also the shower stall can be a death trap as the surface was flat white plastic for its base. There is no grip on the shower surface so be warned. Also very stingy on the towel replacements. Front desk wasn't very approachable or it could be that they didnt speak english.

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Tout était propre et bien entretenu, la chambre était nickel, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le service a été irréprochable : le personnel est extrêmement respectueux, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute des besoins des clients. On se sent vraiment bien pris en charge du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour sans souci et de qualité.
