The check in was a little awkward and slow. While the staff were okay it would have been nicer if they were more welcoming.

le personnel est très agréable , cependant très diffcile de trouver une place de parking. Les toilettes ne sont pas aérés ce qui dérange grandement. Le manager est indisponible et ne répond jamais, j'ai du quitter l'emplacement une journée à l'avance, et refuse de me répondre ni de me rembourser. le personnel à l'aceuil à aucune main sur les résérvations se qui rends les choses diffciles

L’accueil était bien mais la chambre n’était pas très propre. Lors de notre arrivée, le lit n’avait qu’un drap housse, nous avons demandé un drap pour la couette que nous avons dû faire nous meme… Pas un bon rapport qualité prix

Not very clean, holes in bed sheets, room had a missing window pane above door, the best the friendly manager would do was block it with a blanket. Don't know if that was why it was noisy or whether just poor sound proofing in general.

Owner and his wife were really welcoming and really helpfull.

We were very happy 😊 for our 3 days stay, my Sister and myself were very satisfied for the amount we spent, we will be back soon. In the heart of Taghazout Village, I recommend this Hostel to every person looking for a Hostel in Taghazout, Amazing 😍 one.

Malgré un très bon accueil et un personnel aux petits soins, il y a des soucis quand même en tout cas pour la chambre dans laquelle nous étions. A peine deux minutes d'eau chaude, le syphon de la salle de bain s'évacue mal, en prenant une douche rapide on se retrouve à prendre un bain de pied. Et en posant un manteau au dessus de l'armoire en bambou on retrouve des petites bêtes blanches dessus (?). Il faut à mon avis revoir un peu l'installation pour que ça puisse justifier le prix

Nous nous attendions à avoir une belle terrasse avec des activités. Elle était en travaux et nous n'y avions pas accès... Sinon le personnel était sympa

Je suis resté un peu moins d'une semaine pour faire du surf sur taghazout et je n'aurai pas pu trouver meilleurs hotel. Il est situé à côté de la plage et des restaurants, il y a un rooftop chill avec une superbe vue sur taghazout l'hôtel a également un hammam, le bonheur après une journée de surf. L'accueil est généreux et il saura vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits pour votre séjour.

As somebody already mentioned, this was a hidden gem. Room was very nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, terrace with beautiful view and the breakfasts above all! :-)

A great hostel perfectly situated just off the Main Street. The owner went out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect & was an excellent host. The room was well decorated & the bed was comfortable. The hostel itself covers 5 floors & is nice & cool when you step inside from the hot sun. The roof terrace is big & has all the amenities you would want, including fridge, pool table, table football, big TV & lots of couches to chill out on. I would definitely recommend The BigBlue to anyone that is thinking about coming to Taghazoute.
