Youssef was very friendly and guided us well. He took care of all our needs and was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. The place is decent and is a good location to the tourist attractions.

The place was close to the city center. It was with in walking distance. The city is beautiful. It was a great stay. The host was responsive and hospitable.

The property was overbooked. Even though I had a confirmed reservation, I was not able to check-in and didn’t get my money refunded either. Had to make another reservation at the last minute and pay for that too. This property is not trustworthy.

This is a B&B, rather than a hotel. So you cannot find it by walking around - contact the owner directly. Also, I thought I chose A/C when I searched for bookings. There is no A/C. The owner is very helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

The location is excellent - close to the square while having quiet surroundings. The host was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place does need some upgrade and cleaning (eg. water leaks in kitchen, dirty tv remotes and light switches). The toilet is extremely small with very little leg room (w/o accidentally slipping into the shower-pen).

메디나 중심이라 접근성이 좋습니다. 호스트가 친절해서 이것저것 가르쳐주고 가이드도 해줍니다. 하지만 친구네 가게에 들려서 호객행위하기도 하구요 숙박비를 디르함으로 알려줘놓고 나중에 유로라고 합니다. 저는 여행중에 일 유로에 십 디르함으로 계산했는데 여기는 십일 디르함으로 계산하길래 기분나빴어요 식기도구 제대로 되어있지않구요 호스트 친절한것 빼곤 그렇게 메리트는 없어보이네요

Die Kommunikation mit Youssef im Vorfeld war ausgezeichnet. Das hat uns bei der Abfahrt sehr geholfen. Auch der Empfang war super freundlich inclusive Stadtrundgang. Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde in der Unterkunft für uns zur gewünschten Zeit zubereitet. Sauberkeit der Unterkunft würde ich als marokkanischen Standard beschreiben. Lediglich die Küchenzeile könnte etwas sauberer sein. Dafür ist die Lage in der Medina unschlagbar. Ganz kurzer Weg mit den Koffern zum nächstgelegenen Parkplatz am Bab Mahrouk. Alles in Allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

Very nice place, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, a livingroom and a kitchen.

Lovely location. Many stairs to reach the property and more to reach the Medina which was not mentioned in destination. The water is very hot. Truly an Experience that I can picture my relatives living in. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Beds comfortable. Nice den for breakfast. The bathroom is very little. And the shower shares thebtoilet area. Our host couldn’t do enough for us though. He went and got us pizza our first night there which was a lifesaver after a very long drive. The description in Expedia is not accurate. It has not been remodeled and lacks kitchen amenities. Still our visit was lovely.

Youssef and his brother were both wonderful! The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything in the city. They made dinner and breakfast for us, both delicious and recommended. I looked through a lot of other hotels/dars, and I'm happy we chose Casa Meryem.

The service here was the most complete I have seen and so was the breakfast and welcome snacks. The manager helped us immensely with arranging excellent transportation to and from other cities, had a better restaurant recommendation than the guidebook, and even helped us do some shopping and errands. Extremely good value, especially if you are planning to save money by cooking for yourself as the kitchen is equipped and there is a store just a few doors down. The only negatives; the bathroom is about as small as it could be, and don't expect much from the TV. It is off the beaten path, but that's a good thing in this small medina if you don't mind some stairs.
