Agréable comme habituellement

Okay, so I stayed at this hotel for 17 nights and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the staff were 5/5, warm, welcoming, helpful and kind but the property is false marketing. The bar down stairs is loud until 2-3am late, disturbing the guests. The property said its “temperature controlled rooms” - meaning there is individual ACs in the rooms but to my surprise, the AC was in the living room and no AC in the actual bedroom. The menu had half the stuff out of stock. No proper room amenities, like body lotion, kleenex, mini hand towels none. Not even available at request. My suite was large, spacious with a small kitchen, sofa, etc which was nice but the basics is where the hotel is missing out on.

Modern and clean. Good breakfast. Close to Oasis train station. Helpful staff particularly shuttle driver. No elevator so many rooms do not appear wheelchair accessible or easy with large suitcases.

Todo bien. Lo único que el gimnasio está hecho una pena.

L'hôtel est très bien on a plus profité de la piscine comme vous voulez et le personnel est à l'écoute de ces client

Didn’t like it and when i was booking breakfast was included but I had to pay it and they charge me extra at arrival talking about some hidden fee.

Not worth 1star , terrible rooms, unsafe and very uncomfortable. No key to the room so every time I leave and come back to the room I had to get the front desk staff open the door for me

This charming hotel with the most welcoming staff is quite a hidden gem. This is all I needed to spend a quiet and relaxing week in Casablanca.The place is in the vibrant neighborhood of Sidi Marouf and is close to everything you need:shopping ,transportation and good places to eat including its own restaurant/bar. When I forgot my phone in a cab, they made it their priority to help me get it back and especially Anwar.

Dans la moyenne de Casablanca, prestation ok. On peu fumer au bar ce qui enfume le restaurant et l’acceuil... je suis pourtant fumeur mais c’est vraiment pas agréable. Le restaurant très moyen peu de réactivité et beaucoup d’indisponibilité des plats et desserts sur la carte. Il y a des restaurants autour, ce n’est qu’un petit problème du coup.
