Todo muy agradable

Every thing was excellent.

Very very very dirty

The receptionist was good but the room is not how it look when i have book it. The room is cold the wifi does not work in the 5th floor. There is too much noise from outside ventilators

Staff was great, , Yassen , ottoman, abdulqader and the older man who greets people at the door

Nice garden area.

Location excellent for walking. A taxi ride to the station and ferry terminal. Rooms dated and a lot of noise from water pipes and lift wells. Coffee machine in bar not working. I would not stay again

Hotel Antiguo, bueno pero le falta una Muy grande Renovacion. Excelente personal y Ubicación pero muy viejo todo. El restaurante del jardin de la noche buen ambiente y el desayuno acorde. Dudo en regresar por lo viejo del mobiliario ..

Uima-altaan vesi oli likaista, mutta altaasta kyllä poistettiin roskia joka päivä. Hotellin sisäpihalla hyvä hotellin oma ravintola jossa livemusiikkia puolille öin saakka. Huoneiden ikkunat äänieristettyjä eikä kadun melu kuulunut sisälle. Kaikissa/suurimmassa osasta huoneista tupakoidaan enkä saanut tapakoimatonta huonetta vaikka sitä erikseen pyysin. Siivous pelasi ja kylpyhuone oli vasta remontoitu, mutta kylppärissä ei ollut pyyhekoukkuja eikä mitään ripustaa pyyhkeet kuivumaan.

L'hygiène est déféctueuse, le personnel est incompétent. Mes enfants, mon épouse et moi-même avons passé 3 nuits au milieu des cafards et dans un bruit assourdissant jusqu'à 3 heures du matin (musique). A fuir.

It was horrible experience also I have some pictures of ur room that I have stayed in it speak it self.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and very accommodating to our requests. We loved the pool and the garden around it - so lush, beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only two minor things I disliked were the loud noise from the elevator at night and the shortage of lounging chairs at the pool (you need to secure yours in the morning). Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. Chellah will be our go-to hotel in the future.

Food, was ok. Service was very nice..but the room...not at all what was shown on the online booking: Old smell, old carpets, booked a double bed and i got 2 separate beds, shower was falling appart. Expect loud show music up til midnight even with closed windows, AC but no remote to use it and a TV as small as my hand.
