Madame was ever helpful and full of advice. She arranged transfer to and from airport. Breakfast was fantastic. My room Barberrousse had a spectacular sea view. I felt happy and content to stay at the Riad, enjoy the terrace to read a book and drink the del la menthe. But I did visit the nearby Andalusian Garden, Adournment Museum and Souk. The beach seemed a bit too far for me but no regrets. Read a book cover to cover in 2 days. And left it for a next traveller.

It was fine.

For context, I stayed here for a week whereas I believe that people often stay for shorter time periods. The place is nice, a lovely terrace plus the team are really friendly. It is misleading to say that the team speak English; we managed using Google translate and very basic language words, but some conversations were challenging. There was a large issue with ants, which were visible up walls and in the dining area. I did raise this and received assurances but it put me off asking about the spa services. The team were really attentive, but did need to know specific times as to when you wanted breakfast, so this might not suit all. There's a lot of pollution, dog and cat mess nearby, which of course isn't the fault of the hotel but unfortunately doesn't give a good first impression. I would stay again as a solo traveller but know that some of my family and friends wouldn't stay for the reasons above.

Maria is beautiful. He’s are all very happy to see these details. They served lunch when we got there because we were on a tight schedule. Which everyone enjoyed very much. Breakfast was great too. The staff does not speak much English, but we were able to communicate. And they were very accommodating and welcoming.

Hieno, suomalaisesta näkövinkkelistä eksoottinen yöpaikka loistavalla näköalalla (ainakin yhdessä viidestä huoneesta). Mukava aamupala, viileän asiallinen palvelu. Suihku ja vessa samassa tilassa, huone erittäin kostea. Ei lämmitystä/ilmastointia. Uima-allas sijaitsee noin puolen kilometrin päässä toisen majapaikan yhteydessä, ei siis Dar Korsanin. Yöpyjien avaimella ei saa auki pääovea, joten on yhtenään soitettava ovikelloa. Paikalliseen hintatasoon nähden kallis, kostea ja kiva paikka mukavalla sijainnilla.

Die Lage der Unterkunft in der Kasbah ist wirklich einzigartig. Empfang und Betreuung waren ganz wunderbar und das Frühstück das beste des bisherigen Aufenthalts. Nur unser Zimmer direkt hinter der Rezeption (mit Fenster auf den Computer) wäre wohl für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein Manko gewesen. Da wir aber erst spät ankamen und früh wieder aufbrachen und demnach froh über ein gemütliches Bett und eine Dusche waren, war alles in Ordnung.

Very nice hotel. A bit hard to find as there are no signs on the streets (good for aesthetics!) The hostess was very nice and breakfast was very good.

Very nice and pleasant stay in Rabat.

Absolutely beautiful view and excellent location. The staff was very friendly. This is a chain of riads in Rabat, I think that Dar Korsan by far is the best location since it's right by the river. The other ones also seemed a bit too modern and touristy for my taste, but Dar Korsan stayed quaint and authentic. The facilities were excellent. By far, the best breakfast we had on the trip as well. Note to watch out for scam-tourist guides. Agree on a price in the beginning of the tour. 500 dirham is often an entire monthly wage for some people, so keep that in mind. Also, it seems that people in Rabat might be more conservative than the rest of Morrocco, a few people were upset to be filmed in public ("no photo, no photo!")

Spectacular views of the water! The staff were very helpful with reception and parking help. Lovely linens and beds too. Easy walking to many tourist attractions.

Fantastic gem in the oldest parts of Rabat. Had a wonderful room overlooking the river. Gentle service, nothing seemed to be impossible. Nice rooftop terrace. Full, excellent, breakfast. Wouldn’t hestitate to come back!

Le dar korsan est bien situé, le service excellent avec un des meilleurs petit déjeuné pris au Maroc et ils ont une terrasse splendide. Petit bémol pas de Clim donc chaleur et humidité dans de petites chambre, literie moyenne

The location is great. Bouchera the place’s manager is great. She is very helpful and made everything easy for me.
