太吵了，整夜没办法睡……房间被安排在前台和厨房还有杂物间之间……隔音设施也不好……

Honestly the room wasn't I expected at all. The pictures I viewed online during the booking process did not reflect what I saw in person. The bed sheets & pillow case in my room were not properly cleaned. The staff were very nice & took care of the matter efficiently when I brought it to their attention.

La propreté, pas d'eau chaude le premier soir et pas de pression le lendemain, manque de PQ, mauvaise literie, pas de rideau de douche et chauffage brisé dans une des deux chambres. Rapport qualité-prix pas au rdv. Dommage car bel endroit!!

Das Zimmer war für eine Suite und den Preis recht klein und sehr einfach ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer genauso. Für den Preis wäre hätte ein Heizlüfter dabei sein dürfen.

シャワーが壊れており、シャワーからお湯が出ない。ホテルの出入り口がオープンなので、第三者が入って来そうで怖い。朝食の時間が遅い。国民性がそうなのかも知れないが…。部屋の扉の下に隙間がある為、冷たい空気が入ってくる。

Overall it was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Adequate breakfast for few €. However, staying here in November was not ideal as they do not have heating in the rooms and our room was extremely cold. I assume, had we stayed in Summer, it would’ve been smooth, but in winter it was very cold and uncomfortable in the room.

La télé ne fonctionnait pas

Worst hotel, don’t ever stay here. They are big time rips off. They have no AC in the room and charged me extra $25 for old rusty room

No pool. Breakfast is ok. Cleaning was horrible when we arrived. I complained and ask specifically to clean and repair lights. They did. Bed and blankets are the worst you can imagine. We got the best property suite bc the assigned one didn't have AC, so we had to pay $25 extra for it, which was supposed to be included. I decided to take a shower around 11pm: no hot water at all. I complained in the morning and they told me it was, the problem was that I probably didn't know how to get it work(?). When we came back in the 2nd day evening, still no hot water. A different receptionist told me it was because we hadn't ask for it (?). So he went to the 2nd floor to turn it on. Even though it didn't work, so he went back and told me NOW it will work. And it worked. Besides the very good location, (near the beach and the mall) the experience was bad.

The only issue was the shower water temperature. It went from very hot to very cold. You have to time it just right as the temp changes.

Adorable hotel with a very Moroccan feel. The courtyard was adorable and comfortable place to go for the afternoon or to eat breakfast. Rooms were large. Great location!

Si vous voulez dormir dans un style maghrébin, c'est le meilleur endroit. Le petit déjeuner Marocain est très bon et largement suffisant, avec le plus important le thé à la menthe et le msemen. Tout le personnel est aimable et serviable. Juste eut quelque petites coupures de climatisation et électricité mais le personnel intervient rapidement. La chambre Deluxe a la clim. Si vous voulez le changement de serviettes et qu'ils vous fassent la chambre il faut laisser la clé à l'accueil.

Cela fait plus de 20 ans que je voyages, fait des audits dans des hôtels à travers le monde, chaque année je descend au Maroc et fait escale par Tanger et essaie à chaque fois un nouveau mode d’hébergement (hôtel, apparhotel, Riad) mais là, entre la description sur le site et en vrai, ce n’est plus de la déception c’est du mensonge. Donc pour faire court (pas de parking comme préciser, pas de télévision qui marche et ont vous dis tout simplement que ça ne marche pas, nettoyage des chambres et de la salle de bains, déplorable (ma femme n’a même pas voulu laver ma fille dedans) et je ne vous parle pas du fameux déjeuner continental qui je pense pour le dirigent de l’hôtel, cela correspond à une crêpe, un croissant et un café ou chocolat et un petit verre de jus d’orange et surtout n’allez pas demander un supplément, car tout de suite un des membres du personnel vous sort comme phrase « vous en avez pour votre argent » énorme la réflexion

excellent reception, staff very friendly and helpful, parking very easy and with security, perhaps check the shower: holder does not work properly.

Fantastic location in the middle of the blue city. Our room was large and well appointed. Comfortable bed and great terrace looking out towards the Spanish mosque.

Endroit intéressant, mais la personne al’accueil était très insistante à notre arrivée pour que nous prenions une activité le lendemain. Quand même assez bien situé.
