The staff was super nice and helpful. Specifically, Aziz offered to send us to the bus station and helped us with getting the bus tickets which would otherwise have been such a hassle for us as the bus station was difficult to find and most of the locals do not speak english.

Good place to stay, the staff are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast are great too

位置好，很方便，可以走半天回來休息再出去。員工很親切熱情，早餐品質不錯。房間有浴缸、冷氣跟冰箱，設施齊全；吹風機應該要到櫃檯借，房間沒有。房間空間很大，非常寬敞。

入住感覺不錯，雖然不是積極主動、與客人互動較少，但如果有提出詢問或要求，都會協助處理。民宿以前是富商的豪宅，裝飾的精緻程度不輸外頭要付費參觀的景點，值得一看。出巷口就是老城區，離blue gate步行約5分鐘，位置很好。不過菲斯老城區原本就較為髒亂破舊，附近環境就沒那麼理想了。

Muy buena ubicación

Staff and services were amazing. Specially, Aziz was very very helpful providing information regarding visiting the city. He even got us a large water bottle around 11 pm when we forgot to buy from outside. Breakfast was good too.

Location was perfect. Easy to find and not get lost in the medina. What we didn’t like is the noise. The personal starts early in the morning and you can hear everything.

El Riad es muy bonito y esta muy bien situado, Cerca de la puerta azul lo que te ayuda a no perderte. Lo peor el ruido de las mañanas.

La estancia ha sido excelente, muy limpio y muy buen servicio. El lugar está en la Medina de Fes. Bien ubicado.

It was a tribal place inside the suk.. dirty place alot of stap no alivator….they dasnt wont to cancel the order and we look about another hotel… they dosent wont to give our driver to slip there. A bad riad in a bed place ..dirty and ugly ettitud. At the beginning we saw that you write that this riad is 5 stars and luxury… it’s fake…we write to you but there is no answer . We ask our mony back!!!!!

Bien ubicada y agradable personal

Riad au coeur de la medina de Fès. L'équipe est presente dès la réservation pour l'organisation des transferts ou des visites. En cas de problème, il y a toujours quelqu'un pour aider. De ce côté là, le staff est accueillant et sympa. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais s'avère finalement suffisant. La possibilité est également ouvert en intérieur ou sur la terrasse avec la vue sur Fès. La décoration intérieur est raccord avec le style traditionnel marocain et très bien entretenue. S'agissant d’une maison d'hôte, il est egalement possible de se restaurer le soir en réservant à l'avance. Ce qui est proposé est de qualité et en quantité non négligeable pour un prix modique. Au final, si je devais refaire le choix de la destination, je pense que je séjournerai à nouveau dans cette guesthouse.

Of all the places we stayed in Morocco this seemed to be the worst value. The room is quite small and because the breakfast starts later ( they say8:30, but it was closer to 9) we had to rush or missed it, although he did give us a few things in a bag to take on our last morning, which was nice. It was in a good location, once you get oriented.

Excellent quiet location and very attentive staff. The rooms and common areas are so cozy.

We liked the location of the Dar in the medina. Breakfast was good. Language was a bit of challenge as we don't speak arabic and french. Our room is on the 3rd floor can be a bit uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes when we just arrived. The guy at the reception could be more friendly. No toiletries except the towels and no place to hang anything in the bathroom.
