I feel like I have to point out that the pictures do not accurately reflect what our room was like. The condition of things was really worn; it was a very tired room. The staff at checkin also had very poor communication with us. They could speak English, the just chose to speak very little of it, leaving us wondering many things like...when can we actually go to our room??

ARNAQUE, A FUIR ! Je suis arrivée à 23h30-00h00 dans cet hôtel réservé et payé à l'avance. On m'indique qu'il n'y a pas de chambre disponible suite à des travaux dans l'hôtel. On m'invite donc à aller dans un second hôtel de la même enseigne. Arrivée dans le second hôtel, la chambre avait des insectes et des cafards au sol. J'ai dû trouver un autre hôtel dans Casablanca à minuit passé... Je demande donc le remboursement de ma réservation ! A noter qu'avant d'arriver, j'avais appelé l'hôtel pour leur signaler mon arrivée tardive et à aucun moment on m'a signalé les travaux dans l'hôtel et l'indisponibilité de certaines chambres ... Be aware that this hotel is a BIG LIE. I arrived late to this hotel that I choose on hotel.com and when I arrived at 11:30 pm they told me that no rooms were available because of works in the hotel. They told me I have to go to another hotel of the same brand and the room had insects and cockroachs. I had to find a new hotel at past mdnight ! I hope I will have a reimbursement from hotel.com !!

Great location but seems to be confusing for the taxi drivers to find. Def landmark the area if you’re walking as it’s a bit difficult. The drawback is my ‘city view’ was a filthy rooftop of the neighbouring, broke. Down building. Disappointing. But great aircon and comfy bed and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!!
