Nothing unique, comunicatoon with the staff was no easy. No very clean room, we leaving because the area don't was secure.

Tout est Ok sauf le bruit causé par la climatisation qui n'arrete pas. Cela m'a empéché d'avoir la teanquillité espérée. Si.le problème se regle j'y retournerai à cause de l'accueil et du respect ainsi que de la propreté et du petit déjeuner offert.

Très déçu de la propreté de cet hôtel . La chambre était sale, avec pleins de trous dans les murs. Un endroit idéal pour les fourmis. Odeur de la cigarette partout. Seul point positif est l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Pour moi c’est même pas un hôtel 0 étoile.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Dès notre entrée, une forte odeur de renfermé et d'humidité rendait la chambre désagréable. Pour une chambre double, une seule grande serviette était fournie, un manque inacceptable pour ce niveau d’établissement. Nous avons essayé de joindre la réception en vain via le téléphone de la chambre puis par notre téléphone. La réception n’a jamais répondu. Le cauchemar a commencé au moment de dormir : un bruit assourdissant, probablement dû à un moteur ou une climatisation, s’est déclenché toutes les 7 minutes avec des vibrations insupportables, pour s’arrêter 4 minutes avant de recommencer. Malgré l’utilisation de bouchons d’oreilles, il était impossible d’échapper à ce vacarme, rendant la nuit interminable et épuisante. Le petit-déjeuner a confirmé notre déception : choix limité, qualité médiocre, et jus d’orange non inclus, facturé 40 dirhams, un scandale pour un hôtel qui se prétend 4 étoiles. Seule la situation géographique est un point positif, mais cela ne compense en rien l’expérience désastreuse. Hôtel à fuir, surtout au regard d’options plus récentes et professionnelles à proximité. Bonus insécurité : Fils électriques sortants du mur cf photos.

Perfect stay, great location, staff were really lovely and helpful. Will come again.

This place I won’t visit again very disappointing, in all area some some they were great but the rest with big attitude and poor service in the coffee , breakfast very average bread , croissant, butter and jam every single day there is no variety or choices , when I asked the answer I got ( this is it ) very poor , even some customers were annoyed I had to go another hotel to get proper breakfast, so bad

No hairdryer, its broken, i ask for replacement ,no luck

فندق بسيط واقتصادي في موقع ممتاز تعامل العاملين في الفندق بالذات الاستقبال وتنظيف الغرف هو الاجمل ،، وطبعا يناسب لمن ينامون في وقت متأخر لوجود فرقة لايف على المسبح من الساعة 9 الى 12.30 يستحيل معها النوم طبعاً لكن بعد ذلك الفندق في قمة الهدوء ..

Situation correcte. Le bas est magnifique mais les chambre dates .... comme les salle de bain. Apres 30 minutes d attente pour la facture...départ sans.

Needs some serious maintenance. Everything is tired and old.

Dovete obbligare gli albergatori ad indicare sul vostro sito se l’hotel ha problemi. Io mi sono trovato in questa situazione a causa dei lavori di ristrutturazione: Piscina non accessibile. Camere sporche a causa della polvere che c’era nell’aria a causa dei lavori. Prese non funzionanti che si staccavano dalle pareti. Per asciugare i capelli dovevamo andare in un’altra stanza. Toglitelo dal sito.

The staff in this hotel were really nice and helpful. But the hotel is old and has broken AC/Heaters and remite controls as well as broken tvs. Iwe had to change rooms three time to find one with working heater. In that room, the tv is broken and not working at all. Basically we had to chose between working tv or working AC/Heater. The amenities are all old and it is was also extemely difficult to find a parking since this area seems very busy. The bathroom cleanliness is ok, but the white towels are old and no longer white. I wouldn’t recommend it.

overall experience that I gathered about this hotel is that I got the feeling that's it's an absentee owner run hotel. As soon as we arrived from a long drive from Marrekesh I was hoping to get a good welcome from the front desk, all I got a rude receptionist which doesn't even greets you like " good afternoon, how can I help you " all she does is nod with her head to ask what do you want, anyway I said that I have a reservation that I booked on-line, she checked the computer and said " No you don't have a reservation " and we are talking about a hotel that had probably 10% vacancy which I found out during my stay, after me insisting that I had reservation, eventually I pulled my mobile phone out to show her the payment and the confirmation only then she was convinced and gave me the room, I wish I knew her name to mention here because to be fair there was another receptionist and saw how annoyed I got and she helped me afterwards which was very helpful and respectful. The lobby seemed fancy but they didn't spend a penny on it probably the last 10 years, some of the lights were burnt and some were blinking even the floor carpet was worn, I took a cold shower first time cause the hot water wasn't working, the shower head was pretty old and didn't function properly, morning breakfast was nothing appealing we had to go to the next hotel to have it. Hope they'll read my review and make some major changes before the hotel goes bankrupt.
