舒适，早餐好，位置一流

设施比较陈旧，但是位置很好，前台大姐一副欠钱的样子。法语也不会说

入住房間有蟑螂，而且床板很髒，整體環境不算整潔。最後要求換房，職員都熱心協助。但其地點鄰近火車站，巴士站，所以也容易找到

位置非常方便，服務人員也不錯，但設施有點老舊

Habitación limpia, personal amable, buen desayuno. Lo único malo es el baño, es muy viejo, y se siente. No es sucio simplemente es viejo y puede dar la sensación de estar en mal estado.

Foi tudo maravilhoso o atendimento nota 1.000.

Don’t expect too much from this hotel if you are used to staying in Ibis hotels. This is no where near the standard you would expect from the Ibis brand. The general condition of the corridors was poor with dirty carpets. Our room was not good with a low standard of decoration, only one bedside table, one chair and very basic storage. There was no safe in the room although I was fairly sure the room description on Expedia suggested there was a laptop safe. When we asked the reception staff about the location of the safe we just got a shrug. Power points were located away from useable surfaces. The towels were thin and usually decidedly grey! On checking into our room on the first night we found the towels neatly folded but already wet and obviously not fresh. They were changed quickly when we asked at Reception. The only saving grace was the excellent cleaning staff who changed our towels and made up the bed everyday. The bar and breakfast area was better than the rest of the hotel and although we didn’t take breakfast it looked like there was a good choice and it was well presented. There is a pool but we never saw anyone swimming in it. The hotel has a sign outside suggesting there is a restaurant but other than breakfast we were unable to purchase a meal. The best thing about the hotel is its location, which is close to the railway station and within walking distance of the city highlights, restaurants and shops.

Despite being booked in. It took them almost 30 mins before we got the room key. Room, hallway all grubby.bed comfortable.

Room was okay for a one night stay. The staff were great. Breakfast was okay. The ac in the room didn't work and the road was too noisy to have the window open. If I was to stay again I'd request a room with a view of the pool so it was on the opposite side of the building to the road.

Het regende de hele tijd van onze bezoek. Zwembad niet gebruikt. Airconditioning ook niet gebruikt. Personeel waten prima. Ze sprsken GEEN Engels alleen France. BIZARRE!! Ibis is internationaal....

Precisando de reforma

I chose this hotel because it is right beside the train station as I was leaving the next day on the train for Casablanca. The room was basic and clean, the AC didn't work.

Les nuits sont calmés malgré la proximité de la gare. Les lits sont confortables. Le personnel est très gentil. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée et en plus payante.

La chambre est confortable malgré qu'il manquait un peu de lumière le soir, très propre aussi. J'ai surtout apprécié la piscine, c'était très agréable. Le personnel est serviable mais le système pour ouvrir les chambres laisse à désirer.

Fuyez cet hôtel !! Nous avons réservé une nuit! Les photos du site sont mensongères !! Nous avons été dans dans une chambre à peine plus grand qu’un placard. Nous avons voulu changer de chambre le soit disant gérant de l’hôtel n’a pas voulu. Nous avons voulu ensuite annulé cette chambre qui été sale. Impossible. Le soit disant directeur nous a menacé. Nous avons dû appelé la gendarmerie pour que nous puissions nous en sortir. Entre les mensonges du personnel et la saleté des lits de la salle d’eau et de l’état horrible de la chambre, ce fut une mauvaise aventure qui nous est arrivée. Ne faites pas la même erreur que nous!!

Quarto não apresentava toalha de rosto nem tapete de chão. Televisão não funcionava, pelo valor, confesso que fiquei um pouco decepcionado. A piscina deve ser legal no verão. boa localização, próxima a Gare.

Chambre bien mais a l etage 1 en dessus de m entrée du personnel et avec ds moteurs d3 clims ou frigo trop bruyant
