Le personnel est top, le buffet petit déjeuner et varié et bon. Les lits sont confortables mais les chambres sont mal isolées des bruits

We had issues prior to arriving- the hotel didn’t respond to Expedia to assist or resolve. The breakfast was an absolute joke- to the point I would rather miss having breakfast and just go out for dinner, rather than risk the stale limited choice. We paid for a dinner buffet- there was no buffet, it was a choice of one of two options for starters main and desserts. Again overpriced and tasteless. Also you are not allowed to order takeaways to the hotel or bring food (despite the fact if you try and order room service or attend the pool bar there is no service as they are busy watching football). We won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend. Waste of money and poor service.

An ok hotel for the price paid. However, you can get a better place to stay in the vicinity with £10-£15 more per night. In terms of service - for a family of 4, we were only provided two towels as this is kind of their policy. I had to ask at least 10 times for 2 more towels. They don’t allow any take away food in hotel room which was a surprise considering apart from single ok state highly expensive restaurant, there are no much options to eat in the hotel. Room was in ok condition.

Hotel staff are exceptional.

Pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles, el personal es súper gentil, todo el tiempo sonriendo. El hotel se encuentra bien, es acorde al precio. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la alberca, el área común, muy agradable.

Pour commencer les employés sont tous adorables très serviable et à l'écoute des clients il n'y a absolument rien à leur reprocher les chambres ont des meubles cassés personnellement je ne trouve pas ça très dérangeant ce qui en revanche m'a dérangé c'est de trouver plusieurs cafards dans ma chambre j'ai une très grosse phobie des insectes j'en ai trouvé un premier et sur la fin de mon séjour j'en ai découvert plusieurs petits bébés cafards sur les fenêtres bien évidemment au vu de ma paranoïa légendaire j'ai eu énormément de mal à me reposer durant mon séjour à cause de cet incident j'ai acheté plusieurs bons insecticides et j'en mettais partout je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la terrasse j'en ai même retrouvé un mort d'ailleurs alors que je suis au 4e étage dans la terrasse cela fait 3 ans que je viens dans cet hôtel c'était donc la quatrième fois j'ai l'habitude de passer des longs ces jours mais il ne m'était encore jamais donné de voir ce type d'insecte dans les chambres après je n'avais encore jamais séjourner dans cette partie là de l'hôtel c'était la première fois car habituellement on me donne une chambre que j'affectionne mais cette fois-ci apparemment ce n'était pas possible. De plus je tiens à signaler que l'établissement ne répond jamais je leur ai envoyé plusieurs messages sur le site Expedia ainsi que plusieurs mails sans

"I had a great experience at imperial Plaza. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city.

The property has an incredible staff who are always patient and kind. Will be coming again and again

This Hotel is good in Location and reasonable price with family swimming pool. My kids loved it

Staff are friendly enough but hotel is quite tired and needs a refurbishment. Quite a few issues with hot water - it takes 10 minutes of running the shower to get hot! Breakfast generally good and staff very helpful and attentive.

As always the staff went beyond will be staying again!
