The location is great. Though it is not located in the medina, we can still reach the main square on foot. And not located in the medina means the environment is more quiet. However, we can still reach out easily for restaurants. But most important of all, the breakfast provided is the best, in terms of variety and quality.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Hotellet ligger centralt men alligevel fredeligt i Guéliz-bydelen med mange restauranter og cafeer i nærheden. Togstationen og busstationerne for Supratours- og CTM-busserne ligger også i gåafstand fra hotellet. Personalet på hotellet er meget imødekommende og venlige - specielt i morgenmadsrestauranter, hvor vi altid blev mødt med smil og godt humør. Værelserne på bagsiden af hotellet har meget små altaner og en ret kedelig udsigt, men til gengæld ingen gadestøj. Hotellet har også en lille pool med et meget beskedent poolområde. Vi anvendte det ikke, men på en varm sommerdag kunne det nok friste. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage til dette hotel.

Perfect location in the new town and good walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was the same every morning, on a tray! Could be better, but filling. Couldn’t fault the 2 reception staff. They were helpful, friendly, caring and kind. The welcome drink was a nice touch to our room on arrival. Major disappointment was the pool is totally shaded and gets no sun at all throughout the day so we sat on the roof top in our clothes trying to catch some sun on the times we were in. No chill out time could be had there.

The included breakfasts were quite nice with lots of bread options. The restaurant had delicious food. The hotel was quaint and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean, basic hotel for a western standard. Best hotel we stayed at through our travel through south of Morocco with bottom and top sheets. Nice, large absorbent towels. Little dark in the rooms. The design on the arched doors are beautiful, but watch hitting your shoulders. Both restaurants were excellent.

Rude unhelpful staff. No hot water in the evenings. The Manager is the chef at the onsite restaurant so never available to discuss issues with. The AC in our room had to be fixed. Had to step into a very high bath to access the shower. Breakfast - stale bread served.

This was a very nice clean friendly attractive hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very nice. The location is very convenient to everything yet on a quiet side street. The inhouse taxi service was very affordable and convenient. Highly recommend.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, il faut s'attendre à une petite taxe supplémentaire de 11 Dirhams par nuit et par personne. Service petit déjeuner excellent.

Stayed here as an extra night as I had just finished an Intrepid trip. Comfortable hotel in centre of new town, easy access to sights in Marrakech. Really liked the little tapas bar next to hotel, breakfast was nice but would have preferred to choose what I wanted to eat. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Hôtel bon rapport qualité/ prix, le seul bémol la piscine n est pas accessible, tout autour ils ont installé la terrasse du restaurant et l eau est sale. C'est une piscine de décoration.

Good hotel for the price. You could control the air conditioning which was nice, and the restaurant had delicious food, but the service was slow.

All the staff from reception, dining, cleaning to shuttle driver were all friendly, helpful. I had been booked in with a tour group and booked this extra day at same hotel at end of tour. What a bonus! Walking distance to everything with a pool and dining room to relax after big day. The hotel arranged airport transfer. Great stay.
