Chambre spacieuse et propre, le personnel très serviable et gentil. Localisation très bien dans la nouvelle ville. Impeccable pour un prix imbattable

The hotel is under exterior renovation, but inside is spotless. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants/bars. The busiest street is within walking distance distance. The nice shopping mall is also within walking distance. It has no parking, though. Staff can direct you to free night parking on the street.

La chambre mériterait d'être rénovée, et malgré cela nettoyée car tout est sale, personnel accueillant, nous n'avons pas déjeuner sur place. Bruit des parties communes. Hotel située dans la ville nouvelle, proximité commerces. Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet hotel.

L’accueil du personnel est au top.

Problem with water drain in the shower. Had to wait for water to warm up. No tv connection, no cups in room.

Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend extrem sympathisch.

Conveniently located in the newer part of Fes, with shops & restaurants within a minute's walk. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Its a nice hotel in a good location, but the smell of mold was so strong i became sick and had to leave early

No complaints! Very comfortable and spacious room. They have a breakfast cafe and easily walkable to the main attractions and train station.

Je m'attendais pas un service pareil et une chambre spacieuse la 114 ! Petit déjeuner comme celui que vous prenez dehors le fameux petit dej Marocain! Des serviettes propres des dames de services compétentes .eau chaude chauffage et vous dormez sur vos 2 oreilles. Gros point positif aussi vous etes au coeur du centre ville et vraiment tout est a cotés a pied inutile de prendre des taxis meme pour allez visiter le palais du roi 1km !! Ou centre commercial. Je connais tres bien la ville de Fès car je suis de cette ville et cette endroit est stratégique bon voyages!!

We stayed a week at the hotel and we had a great experience. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Room was large and the breakfast each morning was enough to feed an army. Area was great with everything you need. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back.

Good hotel in a great location in the newer part of Fes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for the two nights I was there. I couldn't seem to warm the room up but I also didn’t ask anyone to help with it, which I’m sure they would have! I had to be out early for my flight and the manager brought me a coffee and some cake whilst I waited for the taxi which was really thoughtful.

新市街にあるホテル。徒歩でも旧市街に行ける距離だが頻繁に行き来するならタクシーが必要。（旧市街までの途中にカルフールがあります）ＣＴＭバス乗り場から近いので今回利用。電車駅まではタクシーに乗りました。 部屋はシングルでも広くお湯も出たので特別不満はありませんでしたがロビーにハエがたくさん飛んでいたのだけがきになりました。 眠るだけなら問題無し。

Sauberes Hotel in der Neustadt (Ville nouvelle) mit modernisierter Zimmereinrichtung.

It’s a decent budget hotel. The only complaint is that there is no hot water in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Voici mon retour après un séjour de 5 nuits dans cet hôtel : L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre de Fès. Le personnel est serviable et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. L’environnement est peu bruyant et sécurisé (proche du grand commissariat de la ville). Je recommande vivement, merci.
