Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco and looking for a great place to stay.

The entertainment and the team was great! However the Room was dirty!! I had to move my room because there were cockroaches and ants !!!

Le séjour c'est très bien déroulé chambre tenue propre du choix au buffet . Piscine sympa .

For an all inclusive I was not impressed at all. We needed an iron and was told we needed to provide a $20usd deposit to use it and we would have to walk to the reception area to collect it as they would not be able to have it delivered to the room. That was my first red flag! Also, for an all inclusive the food options are not much and what they do have is average. Staff were pleasant for the most part. The location is a bit out of the way. Opt for a Riad or a luxury hotel instead.

Un séjour qui chauffe le chaud et le froid. Le chaud grâce à une équipe d’animation et de restauration au top. Le froid avec un mépris total du client par la réception. Le froid également sur la qualité de la chambre et de son insonorisation et de sa propreté. Voici des exemples. Mini frigidaire qui faisait un. Fuit horrible empêchant de dormir signalé quatre fois à la réception et au jour d’une demain toujours rien de fait. Bug du coffre fort et 35 minutes pour que l’on me l’ouvre alors que j’avais mon argent me faisant louper ainsi ma réservation de restaurant à l’hivernage. Blatte géante tous les soirs dans la chambre. Douche qui fuit transformant la salle d’eau en piscine obligeant à se promener en chaussures à l’intérieur, cela a aussi était signalé et resté sans effets. Quant à la propreté de la chambre et des équipements elle est très très mauvaises avec des douches et wc moitié cassé ou sales. Bref merci aux serveurs et animateurs qui remontent la note. Quand je rappelle tout cela une cinquième fois à la réception on me dit encore oui oui et aurvoir.

Great Resort! Very welcoming staff and great hospitality!!! From the pool guy Said / the luggagiste guy Youssef, they went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service!!! This resort have Great food options for breakfast/ lunch / dinner ! Even gluten free options !! I would like to commend Jamal who works at the moroccan restuarant/ breakfast bar- he demosrates world class customer service , my daughter who has gluten intolerance ,but Jamal went above and beyond in breakfast / dinner to make sure she has food options gluten free to choose from pasta / toast/ …my daughter and I were very impressed by Jamal world class customer service!!! Please pass along this compliment to Jamal/ Reda/Morad/ Said/ Youssef and the rest of your staff, they are truly great assets to your company and they demonstrate world class customer service !!! Keep up the great work !!!! I would definitely recommend your resort to my friends/ colleagues and Family! Best! Y.E

Lovely quiet place will all amenities that you need and also with transport facility if you want to visit the town.

Not a 4 star hotel. Food is mediocre and repetitive. Speciality restaurants were ok and self serve. The staff is very friendly. Drinks were the worst I’ve ever had at an all inclusive so I stuck to wine. First room I was given had no usb ports and the phone cord was cut. Front desk moved me to a different room. The new room had dead ants on the bed. The pool is nice but water was COLD. Entertainment by the pool and at night. No small wash clothes so bring your own if you require it. Didn’t use it but there is a shuttle to the square that you must reserve.

Nous étions une famille de 4, incluant un enfant de deux ans et l’autre de 7 ans. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience, les buffets très bien, le restaurant marocain génial, le bar dans le lobby super pour l’apéro. La piscine etait fraîche à l’extérieur, plus chaude à l’intérieur. Personnel gentil et attentionné. La navette menant à l médina très pratique, sinon le transport en taxi tout simple et à bon prix. Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci pour le séjour.

Cockroach in our room did not sleep for a week

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Riu Tikida Palmeraie specially the staff at the restaurant they very nice and welcome. The hotel have indoor and outdoor swimming pool for kids we went beginning of April and the temperature bit cold to swimming outdoor having indoor swimming pool very good options for us.

Easy check in and checkout. Clean,safe,staff friendly and helpful with a big smile and the face.I stilled last year and this year and also I will any time a get chance to still, thanks Riu tikida Marrakesh for everything you offer for us to be happy and spend a great time thanks!!!
