Hotel staf very good. the building need restauration, outdated, the area is so-so.

Not a smoke free hotel I had to keep window open all night ..peoples smoke cigarettes and it smells strong in my room .hope they stop smoking in rooms

Good value for what I paid (approx $60CDN per night) but not what necessarily what lid expect from a 4 star hotel. The room wasn’t dirty but not sure I’d go as far as classifying it as clean either. Older rooms but decently spacious. Wifi was probably my biggest gripe as it was spotty at best. Decent water pressure in the shower which is always great

Vraiment j ai pas aimé cet hôtel, plusieurs reclamations et appelle téléphonie pour me fournir la télécommande du téléviseur et le bouilloire, imaginez a 00:30 de mon dernier séjour j enttend quelqu'un frappe dans ma porte et en ouvrant ils me livrent la télécommande !!!!!! Quel service

The Moroccan decoration is nicely done. Good breakfast and the staffs are very friendly.

The staff went above and beyond to help me find the right electrical current adapter as I brought the wrong kind.

It’s apartment style converted to hotel. It is clean and for the price the bathroom were clean

City taxes are way higher than Expedia advertised. It's pretty outdated in the rooms and not super clean. The restaurant menu was ok but nothing was available the nights we were there.

There were bed bugs. The staff did not seem to take it seriously at all even though I had woken up with bed bugs crawling on my face and body. We decided to leave and go to a different hotel. I was told there would be a refund issued but I never received it. I contacted the hotel and never heard back. Absolute worst experience and service I have ever received.

This was a wonderful hotel. I stayed for only a night, but it was a relaxing experience with friendly and helpful staff. They were able to call me a taxi in the morning to get to the train station, which was very appreciated.

Accueil en français très professionnel. Communs propres et grands. Chambre spacieuse un peu dans son jus mais loin des ambiance marocaine pour ceux qui n'apprécient pas. La localisation est bien autour des hotels de chaine internationale. A côté de la médina du marché central et de casa port pour une jonction facile avec l'aéroport. petit dej varié et qualitatif. Bar présent peu ou pas de conseil sur les produits il faut dire que c'est déjà une exception au Maroc.

Hotel located centrally in Casablanca. Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were good, clean, and sufficiently large. Overall a good place to stay in Casablanca.

Hôtel très vieux la moquette est très sale tout à refaire trop sombre mais femme de ménage ils sont très gentils très propre l’accueil très gentil bien placé malheureusement tout à refaire

Staff were helpful and my stay was nice. Not the greatest place I’ve ever stayed at but I would revive them a thumbs up.
